I recently finished the Enemy Within book. I was enjoyable, but the author embellished a little with 47. I was wondering if we should consider the book (and for that matter the movie when it comes out) as part of the Hitaverse, or should we only draw conclusions about 47 The Agency ect. based only on the games? Any thoughts?

I think that the games are most important.

I believe the source material, in this case the games, is/are the standard for all things Hitman. The author definitely took some liberties with 47, but nothing too over the top.

But do you think it will effect hitman 5?

All Hitman fans should read it, if only to relive the game-like atmosphere for 307 pages. Without giving anything away, the ending is less than satisfactory and simply drops off; not a cliff hanger, but a short, quick resolution that leaves something to be desired.

The book is O K.

And yes, you should check it out.

I don't think it will effect Hitman V...

Didn't that guy wrote other books based on games?

Ok.That's better because it's good to see the games take the important part of the story.

I'm currently reading the book right now. (no spoilers please) So far, I think it should be canon.

But I feel that the book shouldn't be considered canon.
