Woke up this morning from a dream where I was standing in the kitchen window, having a wank and people were sitting in beach chairs on their balconies, staring at me. Everyone seemed to be comfortable with my performance and I wasn't bothered by the audience either. Then one guy's chair broke in a weird way, so that he tripped over the railing and fell a few stories. His head popped and people were distracted by it, so I picked up the pace to win back my audience.

Last night i took a few melatonin supplements in some attempt to get to sleep. I also know this helps me remember my dreams and that never really ends well, but I do it anyway.

I was sitting in my front yard with a bunch of douchebags from highschool. I start flaming these fuckwads, telling them what assholes they were for giving me shit. One of them gets up and wants to fight me so I jump out of my park-chair while throwing down a hand-full of things given to me by an ugly girl. This guy was surprised that I was defending myself and said something like "shit, didn't know this guy knew karate." Before I could punch the guy the scene transformed and I was outside of my body, watching myself getting beaten to a pulp by every single fuck that caused me grief in highschool. I woke up thinking "Jesus, I need a drink."

Woke up late last night, sweating and dehydrated as fuck. I'd been dreaming a friend of mine was viciously fucking me. She started off with some irate vicious sucking, and then was on top of me fucking away like a woman possessed. Woke up when her nails started taking their toll on my chest.

Anyone have really vivid dreams? So vivid that you can taste, smell and touch things? I remember sitting in a hot tub, with the hot water warming me to my core. There was this modern looking bottle that illuminated the floor near the hot tub that glowed hot pink. I read the label and it said "strawberry liqueur". I took a sip, and it was the most amazing thing I had ever tasted. Sweet, like somebody had crushed a punnet full of strawberries into a thick paste and ground it up with sugar.

I can't remember what it was but I literally woke up laughing today (inb4 sex dream scenarios). Then I went to sleep again and had a dream about a pub that had a jet black T-Rex in the field behind it, it was kept behind some barbed wire. Then it escaped and I tried to hide by climbing into a second story temporary toilets.

Any of you have 'problems' with lucid dreaming? It happens once in a while for me, and at first I didn't know what it was. I couldn't describe it, and the first many times I thought there was something wrong with my heart or something. I was, and are still, not aware when it happens. But I'm sure it happens right before I fall asleep, and how long it is I don't know exactly. According to my research it only last for a few minuttes.

It's kind of scary. Well, I'm not scared of it like I have read some people are. For example some people have nightmares while they are awake, but I never had that. The creepy thing is, that I can't move my body when it happens. Your body is a sleep, but your brain is still awake for a short time before it also falls to sleep. And the most fucked up part is, that when it happens, it's like your body/soul is leaving your physical body. It's like I slowly rises from my body, but every time I reach a certain distance from my body, it then 'colapse' and fall to sleep/awake. Try also to imagine that you are awake and can't move your body, that's some scary shit, but somehow I now find it interesting.

I know I sound like a nudcase, but then I read about it on the internet, and find out it was called lucid dreaming, and the whole 'leaving the psysical body' was a normal thing to experience when having it. It only happens a few times, and sometimes it comes a few days in a row.

Anyone who have experienced the same?

Sound like a sleep paralysis. I've had these a lot but I've also had the "dark figure" presence with them. Haven't had these in a while though.
