come on !! update and get the crows video out!

You've got it. :)

Also, shap, why do you attempt to load a game on these runs? Is there some glitch you are taking advantage of or something?

I'm guessing it is to show that he is playing on Pro difficulty. :)

Yes, this is done to show that I'm playing on Pro difficulty. I've also added this to the main post since it seems to be a common question.

Murder of Crows is well done and timed again. I think it took you some runs to perfect it tho... e.g. the courier with the money case doesnt always walk the same path on pro :)

These are just great. You've convinced me to try some of my own speed runs. I managed to get 2:56 on Death on the Mississippi. I await your faster time with anticipation.

Sorry dude, I think you're cheating. If you get at least one witness, you're not a SA anymore. Simple. :)

The guards shooting at me in the A New Life 1:05 video do not qualify as witnesses and they do not affect the rating.

While wearing your suit, causing your tension meter to fill simply by being in an area guards don't like you to be in (like passing through the front door in A New Life) does not make them witnesses and in fact does not affect any stats or your rating, even though guards will open fire on you if your tension meter is full.

Be careful of what you read, assume, and even conclude from your own experience will affect the Silent Assassin rating or affect your stats. There is a lot of misinformation and confusion about these topics, and the causes of results of your own playing can be easily misidentified.

Great time, I think I may have discovered the exact method you used while playing this mission. However, your wait is over. ;)

Bump for updates.

Hmm, I used a very similar solution for the Mississippi mission as you, only you did every part a good deal faster :S

I never thought of the use of coins to get the AI to quickly skip to the next action in their script, that's pretty clever. I noticed you jumped down from that climbable railing, I didn't know that was possible, how did you do that move?

For PC: Hold down on the control key. For console: no idea. ;)

That was similar though you found a more efficient and faster way to take out the targets on the top deck. Also, jumping down from the deck was

Can't wait for the next Mississippi mission. I'm stumped as to how to go about it quickly.

This is bullshit. You do realize that real-life assassinations NEVER take 30 secs ?

My point isn't to abuse flaws in the AI to complete everything ASAP, it's to stick as close as reality as possible.

I guess speedrunning isn't about acting realistic. ;)

Did you notice him abuse the AI bug ?.

Btw, running past a guard like he does in a difficulty above rookie will grant you a headshot, if not tons of guards swarming to you, making you less likely to even get out of the room alive...
