Guide to Guns
For
Hitman: Blood Money
Outline: This guide will be telling you all the locations and information on the different types of guns in the game. If you see anything that I missed, or an error, PM me or post it.
The Guide:
PISTOLS
Weapon: Snub Nosed
Mission(s): A Vintage Year, Death On The Mississippi
How to get: On A Vintage Year, Delagato is located in the hacienda. He is on the second floor, marked on your map as the red circle. Manuel’s buddy also has one. He is wearing a Hawaiian shirt (light bluish) and follows Manuel into the basement. They will travel to the drug lab together, which is where he will stay.
On Death On The Mississippi, all guards have them. Kill/seditate one to acquire it. You will have no problem finding one, as there are guards all over the level.
Description:: A little Snub Nosed revolver. Small and compact, yet weak and a low ammo capacity.
Weapon: Six Shooter
Mission(s): Till Death Do Us Part
How to get: Basically on anyone unless they are a woman, or have a shotgun. Nab it from one of the targets to make your life easier.
Description:: Another revolver. Same deal as the Snub Nosed, except a lot less accurate and a little more powerful.
Weapon: Desert Eagle aka “Deagle”
Mission(s): Death Of A Showman, The Murder Of Crows, Death On The Mississippi A Dance With The Devil, Amendment XXV
How to get: On Death Of A Showman, it can be found on Scoop (guy in the yellow suit near the end) or on a small table in that room, near the exit.
On The Murder Of Crows, 2 or your main targets have one. Either grab it from Kulinsky (sniper) or Purayah (the diamond briefcase guy).
On Death On The Mississippi, your main target, Skip Muldoon, has one on him. Easy to get.
On A Dance With The Devil, all the “Hell” guards have one. The CIA guy and “Eve” have one too. I think Vaana Ketlyn (one of your other main targets) has one too. There is also one on the table in the “Torture Chamber” which is in front of you, as soon as you enter.
On Amendment XXV, it can be found on the Vice President, one of your main targets.
Description:: One of the, if not, the most powerful gun in the game. Delivers quite a punch, and uses Magnum ammo.
Weapon: SLP.40
Mission(s): Every level except A Vintage Year, and the 2 Mississippi missions.
How to get: If you are reading this right now, odds are you have come across one. They are everywhere. Play the game, you will find one in no time. Mostly on guards and in guard quarters (inside those funny-looking boxes).
Description:: A USP Compact, this is one of the weaker weapons in the game. It takes .45 ammo, which is funny because the name states it takes .40 caliber ammo. Developers…
Weapon: Bull .480
Mission(s): A New Life, Death On The Mississippi
How to get: On A New Life, Vinnie Sinistra has it. He is your main target on this mission, so he is marked on you map. Not too hard to get when going for SA.
On Death On The Mississippi, all the “Gator Gang” members have one. They are your main targets, so no going out of the way to get this one.
Description:: A powerful revolver that had so much potential. Instead of a nice meaty sound, the devs made it sound like someone kicking a door. Packs a hell of a punch though.
Weapon: SLP.40 S.
Mission(s): The Murder Of Crows, A House Of Cards
How to get: On The Murder Of Crows, Angelina Mason, one of your main targets, has it. She is the one you can crush with the piano. Snatch it from the ruble.
On A House Of Cards, Hedrick Shmutz, one of your main targets, has one. Carry on with the mission, just take it from him after you kill him.
Description:: A silenced version of the SPL.40, it is weaker and less accurate. But, hey, it’s silenced.
Weapon: Silverballer
Mission(s): You start the game with it
How to get: Buy the game
Description:: When fully upgraded, this baby can be a weapon of mass destruction. Defiantly one of the more powerful weapons.
Weapon: Nail gun
Mission(s): Curtains Down, A New Life, Amendment XXV
How to get: On Curtains Down, you will find one backstage. The easiest place (for me) to acquire it, is next to the climbable fence-like thing backstage that leads up to behind the stage. It is next to a small table. Can’t miss it. If there happens to be a worker (with a toolbox) there, then he is currently using it. Just wait till he’s done.
On A New Life, There is one in the basement. It’s right beside the lighter fluid, on a small box.
On Amendment XXV, the two carpenters working upstairs have them.
Description:: A nail gun for nailing boards and various other things.
SNIPER RIFLES
Weapon: W2000
Mission(s): You start the game with it.
How to get: Buy the game.
Description:: The only sniper rifle worth using. Come with some nifty customization features. Even when not fully upgraded, it’s easily the best sniper in the game.
Weapon: Kazo TRG
Mission(s): The Murder Of Crows
How to get: On The Murder Of Crows, when you go to get Kulinsky (one of your main targets) it will be near him. He is always in the upstairs in one of the following clubs: Blues Bar, Salsa Bar, or the Rock Bar. In the Blues bar, it’s against the far wall, when you enter the upstairs door. In the Salsa Bar, it is leaning on the side of the piano in the upstairs room. In the Rock Bar, as you enter the second floor door, it is next to the door in front of you.
Description:: When going for SA, this is a bitch to get. You might want to commit to a “non-SA” run for this. A nice, sleek, rifle. Nice looking grip. Unfortunately, it isn’t a very good rifle: a bad scope, and bad accuracy.
Weapon: Elephant Rifle
Mission(s): Till Death Do Us Part
How to get: It is in Pappy LeBlack’s room, on the second floor. He is one of your targets. To get there (from the front door), turn left. Follow this hallway till you see a set of double doors in front of you. Turn left at these doors and go in the door at the end of the short hallway. You should be in a bathroom. Pick the door to your left in here, and go up the set of stairs in front of you. Look on your map (if on a lower difficulty) you should see 3 guards. If on a higher difficulty, go off to your right and follow the little hallway. You can’t miss it. Go to where they are, and enter the door they are standing in front of. Enter and look to your left, beside the mantle. There will be a gun rack, with the rifle on it. Of course you will need a guard or priest uniform to get there.
Description:: A nice looking rifle, this one packs a punch. Not too much of a scope on it though. Ok accuracy too. An overall average rifle.
Weapon: Dragunov aka SVD
Mission(s): Death Of A Showman, A Dance With The Devil
How to get: On Death Of A Showman, you get it before sniping the three people outside. Put it in the ICA crate with the bomb and detonator to save it.
On A Dance With The Devil, it’s is Eve’s room on the left side of her desk (facing the desk from the front). This is the same room the laptop you need to access for information.
Description:: A nice looking sniper. Don’t let the looks fool you, this sniper is loud, has a hard-to-use scope, shaky, and a low zoom. Still, not as bad as the Kazo TRG.
Weapon: Air Rifle
Mission(s): A New Life
How to get: It’s in a tree house on the eastern side of the map. There is a lady gardening near it. Just sneak around her an through the little opening between the fence and they house. Go up the ladder, and look to your right. The rifle is on the table.
Description:: Not really a sniper, but this is the only category it fits in. It has somewhat of a scope, and shoots tranquilizer darts. The darts can be found in the house directly across from Vinnie’s house. There is a woman near it, cutting the hedge. It is enterable through the garage, or through the back window. But be careful, as the woman comes after you if she catches you entering.
SHOTGUNS
Weapon: Pump-action Shotgun
Mission(s): Death Of A Showman, A Vintage Year, Death On The Mississippi, Till Death Do Us Part
How to get: On Death Of A Showman, it is outside the door of the room with the 2 gangsters you need to kill. It can be found leaning against some boxes.
On A Vintage Year, most guards carry one. You might have to go out of your way to snag this one.
On Death On The Mississippi, the “Gator Gang” member standing outside of the door carries one. As you need to kill him anyways, you could take it and store it the ICA crate, under the main steps.
On Till Death Do Us Part, there is one you can snatch right at the beginning. At the beginning of the level, you see those people shooting? Go to where they are, and look at the crate with the present on it. There should be a shotgun next to it.
Description:: A gun full of punch, it is your standard pump-action shotgun. Nothing too special, really.
Weapon: SP12
Mission(s): You start with it
How to get: Buy the game
Description:: Powerful, and quick firing. Once fully upgraded, this gun can be a mean machine. It can even be silenced…
SUBMACHINE GUNS
Weapon: TMP
Mission(s): Death Of A Showman, A Vintage Year, Flatline, You Better Watch Out…, A House Of Cards
How to get: On Death Of A Showman, there is one in a pile of rubble, near where you throw the coin. You may have to run back and forth to each side of the rubble to get the option to pick it up. Tapping the “pick-up” button/key will make it easier. It has a shit-load of ammo. 666 to be exact…
On A Vintage Year, Manuel, one of your targets, has one. He is the target with the red shirt.
On Flatline, a few of the targets’ guards have one. There is also a few in the guard room, in the box, near the entrance to the Medical Wing.
On You Better Watch Out, there are a few in the guard room box, near the helipad.
On A House Of Cards, the bodyguards in black have them. There is also one in the ICA crate in 701.
Description:: Not the best SMG in the game, it does serve quite well it tough situations. Then again, any gun does. Nothing to write home about.
Weapon: SAF SMG
Mission(s): A Vintage Year
How to get: On most guards and in the guard quarters.
Description:: A nice SMG, with a high accuracy and nice power. One of the better SMGs.
Weapon: SMG Tactical
Mission(s): You start the game with it
How to get: Buy the game
Description:: The best SMG in the game, when fully customized. A high rate of fire, and super powerful. Even better, it can be concealed and scilenced.
Weapon: MP5
Mission(s): Curtains Down, A Dance With The Devil, Amendment XXV
How to get: On Curtains Down, all of the bodyguards have one. There are also a few in the guard room, in the box, on the third floor.
On Amendment XXV, some guards in the West Wing have them.
Description:: Pretty darn accurate, this is probably one of the top SMGs other than the Tactical. Overall good gun.
Weapon: MP9
Mission(s): The Murder Of Crows
How to get: All of the “yellow birds” on that level have one. There are also a few in the “bird headquarters” where Purayah is. They are in a box to your left before the spiral staircase.
Description:: A very nice and neat looking machine pistol. It is quick and somewhat accurate, though it tends to jump randomly sometimes.
Weapon: MP7
Mission(s): A New Life, A Dance With The Devil, Requiem
How to get: On A New Life, the bodyguards that come in the limos have this weapon. To get them to come, you have to get a “body found”. There are also a few lying around in the guard room on the first floor, in the guard room box.
On A Dance With The Devil, it is in the room where you duel Maynard John. It is on the table in front of you, as soon as you enter, beside the Desert Eagle.
Description:: A slightly upgraded version of the TMP, basically. It has medium accuracy, and a medium rate of fire. It’s average.
MACHINE GUNS
Weapon: M4
Mission(s): You start with it.
How to get: Buy the game.
Description:: The ultimate massacre machine. With the drum magazine and extra ammo upgrade, this weapon can hold 100 bullets at a time and you can carry 300 more. With armor piercing ammo, this gun can easily take of a fleet of enemies.
Weapon: SG552 Commando
Mission(s): The Murder Of Crows
How to get: It’s in the same room Purayah (aka diamond guy), one of your main targets. It can be found leaning against his desk, along with some ammo.
Description:: A heavy machine gun, this can rip a hole in crowds. Unfortunately ammo is scarce, so it is almost unusable.
Weapon: M14
Mission(s): Amendment XXV
How to get: On all patrolling Marines and in the guard room box. You can walk with it freely if you are dressed up as a Marine.
Description:: Pretty powerful and accurate. Not good for mass murder, as it fires one shot at a time, so you need to tap the fire button to get it to fire rapidly.
Weapon: FN-2000
Mission(s): Death On The Mississippi, A Dance With The Devil
How to get: On Death On The Mississippi, it is on a table in the guard’s quarters. To get there, go to where the “Gator Gang” member is making out with that woman. They are in the long hallway with all the rooms. Now face south in this hallway (away from the kissers). Turn at your first left and look to the south-east of that little square of space. There should be a set of stairs. Go down them and through the door. Assuming you are in a acceptable uniform (sailor, purser, ect.) go out into that narrow main hallway. Go in the first door on your right. To your left in this room is a table with the FN-2000 on it and its case on the floor next to it. To put it in the case, pick up the rifle then try to pick up the case. 47 will put the rifle in the case. There is also a little note on the table explaining why the rifle is there. Damn gators…
On A Dance With The Devil, the CIA man (one of your main targets, the one in the gold devil suit) has one in that case he’s carrying. Snag it.
Description:: A damn fine rifle. Powerful, accurate as hell, and futuristic looking. A super good gun. Thing is, when you take it on a mission, there’s no nifty case, so poor 47 gets shot at.
MELEE & NON-COLLECTABLES
Weapon: Custom 1911
Mission(s): Amendment XXV, Requiem
How to get: On Amendment XXV, it can be found on Mark Parchezzi III, who is one of your main targets. He is also the guy you duel with. Just snatch it from his cold, dead, white fingers.
On Requiem, Cayne (aka wheel chair man) has this one. He’ll fire it like a madman when you get close.
Description: Basically a silverballer, without all the bells and whistles. Very powerful, probably matching the Desert Eagle is damage. Note that this gun cannot be kept.
Weapon: Fiber Wire
Mission(s): You start off with it.
How to get: Buy the game.
Description: Not exactly a melee item, but I suppose it fits here. It’s basically a piece of..uh..fiber wire used for choking people. Doesn’t trigger metal detectors either.
Weapon: Cane Sword
Mission(s): A Dance With The Devil
How to get: Vaana Ketlyn has this weapon. She is one of your main targets, the one in the “Hell Party” with the red dress, and does the pyrotechnics show. The only weapon of it’s kind in the game.
Description: A sword, apparently can be concealed inside of a cane. Ah, but poor old 47 doesn’t get that luxury. The stealth kill is pretty brutal too.
Weapon: Hammer
Mission(s): Death Of A Showman, A Vintage Year, Curtains Down, Requiem
How to get: On Death Of A Showman, there is one in the room you enter after getting searched. It’s to the right of the room, on a small box-looking thing. There is also one in Joseph Clarence’s’ office, on a desk to the left of the room.
On A Vintage Year, there is one down near the plane. It is almost directly in front of the elevator, on a barrel. There is also one in the room off from Delegato’s. From the open window, go through the door to the rightish. Pick the lock and go in, the hammer you be in the small storage room.
On Curtains Down, the worker that meets near the bathroom with another worker has it. There is another one on the third floor bathroom. To get there, go near D’Alvarde’s room and go in the only door near there with an exit sign. Once up there, go through the only single door there. You should be in a bathroom with a toolbox. Weapon: Fire Extinguisher
Mission(s): Death Of A Showman, A Vintage Year
How to get: On Death Of A Showman, it is on the wall, near to where you have to push the dude off the rail. He’ll be “yo-in’ and ho-in’” at some “bitch” right before he gets back to his post.
On A Vintage Year, it is in the cocaine change room. Go through the secret wine barrel door, and go straight. It should be on the wall, close by. There is also one near the elevator doors, near the protruding corner of the wall.

Description: Used for shoveling dirt and other matter.

On Requiem, it is in the “weapons crypt”.
Description: For cutting leaves and limbs.
Weapon: Baseball Bat
Mission(s): Death Of A Showman, A New Life
How to get: On Death Of A Showman, it is in Joseph Clarence’s room. From when you first enter, it’s to the right of the desk on a plaque.

How to get: On A Dance With The Devil, Eve, one of your main targets, has a whole bunch. She is the target in the “Heaven Party”.
On Requiem, one of the guards has one. He looks different from all the rest.
Description: A nice knife. Good for throwing.
Weapon: Meat Cleaver
Mission(s): A Dance With The Devil
How to get: In the “Heaven Party” kitchen there are a few lying around.
Description: A meat chopping tool. All purpose.
Weapon: Screwdriver
Mission(s): Curtains Down, Requiem
How to get: On Curtains Down, the worker that works in the 3rd floor bathroom (see “hammer” for directions) has one. Just wait for him to finish talking to the cop, and trying different cards on the card reader.
On Requiem, it is in the “weapon’s crypt”.
Description: A basic household screwdriver.
Weapon: Kitchen Knife
Mission(s): Death Of A Showman, A Vintage Year, A New Life, The Murder Of Crows, You Better Watch Out…, Death On The Mississippi, Amendment XXV, Requiem

On A New Life, it is on the counter, in the kitchen.
On The Murder Of Crows, it is in the kitchens of all the clubs.
On You Better Watch Out, there are 6 or so in the kitchen.
On Death On The Mississippi, the purser in the kitchen (VIP section) has one.
On Amendment XXV, there is one in the kitchen.
On Requiem, it is in the “weapons crypt”.
Description: A multi purpose cutting tool.
Weapon: Mark III
Mission(s): Curtains Down
How to get: The two actors on either side of the executioner and D’Alvarde (during the play) have them. Wait for the play to end, and they will go to their dressing room. It is located east of D’Alvarde’s dressing room. Either knock out or kill them to get one.
Description: Cannot be kept as a rifle, as it is a replica. Really serves no purpose, apart from looking cool while holding both of them at the same time. Of course, you could always pretend to shoot people.
Weapon: WWI Pistol
Mission(s): Curtains Down
How to get: From where you start, go through the door in front of you. To your left is a booth. Walk up to it and wait for the option “chat with receptionist” to pop up. 47 will exchange the ticket for a coat holding, you guessed it, the WWI Pistol.
Description: It can be shot like a normal gun, but it has only 9 bullets. Can also be used for “the switch” (see walkthroughs). Cannot be kept; bummer.
Weapon: Replica WWI Pistol
Mission(s): Curtains Down
How to get: The executioner has it. You can easily get it when he goes to the bathroom, after going to his dressing room. His dressing room is right beside D’Alvarde’s. If you switch it with the real WWI Pistol, the executioner will shoot D’Alvarde, who is coincidently, one of your main targets. Funny how things work out.
Description: Try shooting it at someone. Try it! Haha! Fooled you! It shoots blanks! Oh, but it can still kill unconscious people and shoot open doors. Weird…
Weapon: RU-AP (Remote Undetectable Anti Personnel) Mine
Mission(s): (You start off with one, but can also upgrade to two. These are extra ones you can find.) A House Of Cards, Amendment XXV
How to get: On A House Of Cards, there is a single mine in an ICA crate, along with sniper ammo, and a TMP. This crate is in room 701 (the keycard you get from the front desk opens it).
On Amendment XXV, there is one on the main door to the oval office, provided you kill The Albino before the cut scene. If you do trigger the cut scene, there will be 2 mines that appear on the ventilation ducts on the roof. However, these mines will not appear if you do not trigger the cut scene. If you try to collect them before killing The Albino on the roof, they will explode, killing you.
Description: A mine for...uh…blowing stuff up.
NOTE: PLEASE, IF YOU SEE A MISTAKE OR HAVE SOMETHING TO ADD, TELL ME. I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO INCLUDE IT.
That concludes this guide. Until next time, take care of yourself, and each other.
