Per year, I presume? DA, where are you from? 35 or 40k seems like quite a lot of money?

I'm from Australia dude, and yeah it's per year. My uni degree is costing me around 12 thousand AUD a year, but I'm sure it gets to around the UK's in some uni's.

Education is free in Denmark - and we actually get money for going to school (and then we still complain how hard our life as students is).

Always knew i didnt belong in this world. I wasnt

made for this. But Ill never forget - those who betrayed me, and

those who never failed my trust. Ill be carrying nothing from
Gontranno but this lesson: never trust anyone and rely on your

instincts. Forget the past. Ill never find peace here. So, Ill
seek justice for myself. Ill choose the truth I like.

That must be why your taxes are so high.

You have to remember that they're talking about British pounds, and we're talking about Australian dollars, although that said, the exchange rate is only like 1.6 or something at the moment, I dunno.

My uni degree is costing me around 12 thousand AUD a year,

Shit son, mine's like less than half that.

Doing a two degrees, Law and Social Science, with a major in criminology.

@Rofl, yeahh I converted the cost of the degree but forgot about the threshold haha. Makes the UK version look sound far more serious now that you mention it.

What was it, a catastrophic failure? I had an alternator give up the ghost on the way to a job interview. It got me there, and halfway back down the M40... then gave up the ghost around Jnc 3 :(
Cost me a lot of money to fix but at least I got the job!

It's fixable, but it will cost about a grand. Since I'm still unemployed it wouldn't be me footing the bill, so it's understandable.

Wow, that's a tall bill. Probably something to do with the transmission, gearbox or something?
That's a lot to pay for with no job. I had to buy AA on the roadside so they had me by the short and curlies...

Took part in this today. It makes me proud, being able to say that my peers have organized a nationwide movement that seeks to open everyone's eyes and fight biased/corrupt media. The elections are soon and this is what the students can do.

It may not change the outcome, but I can at least say that I did something to show my discontent towards it and so far, through word of mouth and going viral online, we've been heard.

I met her on a night out when i very first moved to bristol at the end of last year. she had a boyfriend at the time and we hit it off well that night but because she had a boyfriend she wouldnt kiss me. I bought her a blue rose from one of those funny street vendors (i was abit drunk and i thought this was a great idea lmao) and we just danced and spoke until the nightclubs and bars closed. She went home with her friends and I stayed at a friends place but we said we'd keep in touch. we facedbooked once or twice but not often. in november i started to work for HMV at the mall and by chance saw her working in claires and once again we got talking. from then on we would ocassionally bump into each other and facebook message but not much until in febuary where we planned on a night out and then its all been happening rom there.
