No. He was created in the 60's, but kept in the asylum for 30 years or so.

C47 is set in present not 60's. 47 was created in the 60's.

death from behind was joking. I believe that 17 was a class 1 clone (because I believe he wasn't accelerated to adulthood), but he wasn't as perfectly made as 47.
BTW it made perfect sense because by BM we see 47 in his 40's and the DOB on that site was around 1964 or 1965 (forgot), so in 2006 he was at least 41 or 42 (time of blood money).
This is the truth, if you don't want to believe it, then don't. :laugh:
