Who exactly is he? He is the man working with sergei is he not? or is he someone else i never noticed? And when exactly did he say he saw 47 in rotterdam? Sorry it might just be me but i honestly dont recall who he is haha

He's the man talking to Sergei and he seems to know about 47.
We call him the mystrey man because no ones knows a thing about him.

If you look around the topics, I did once post a couple of theories about the guy. What do we know? We know he tipped off Sergei to the UN, revealing to them his weapon trading schemes, and he's evidently quite well connected. That's about it, I'm afraid.

probably. I have seen people mention that he said he saw 47 and i dont remember him saying that. anyway i wonder what his motives were?

He said all those things in the begging video of Silent Assassin. Right after the Eidos and IoI videos.

I have even heard someone say that he is in fact the guy in the bowler hat on the level Rendezvous in Rotterdam but I really don't believe that

I think he simply seen 47 whilst he was in Rotterdam but not during any of the missions there as was said above. Maybe this will all be cleared up in the next game

^Well yes, you cannot say for sure. He may have been there while on a mission and he may have been somewhere else.

yeah but i read that pennywise was going through textures in requiem and found a face called "mr.x" and what do you know, it was his face. so that why i think he may be part of thr franchise

Still not enough because modding can't explain storylines. But interesting.
Though mr x could mean anything not just the mystrey man from H2.
