Yes. This game is set during the events of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. Players assume the roles of four Umbrella Operatives sent into Raccoon City around the time of the outbreak to accomplish whatever nefarious goals Umbrella deems fit to task them with. Also, the operatives all look like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. BDSM enthusiasts, which sates at least two of my personal sex fetishes right out of the gate.

Come to think of it, RE4 is one of the best TPS games I've played. It's one of those rare games that you absolutely enjoy from start to finish and don't regret a second of it.
