Well considering a lot of the voice is cast and the city is mostly in place, it's going to be pretty deep into production.
I think I remember them saying voicing is one of the last major things they do.

What's all the buzz about the narrator having a mexican accent. If anything, it reminds me of the McRearys dialect. Knowing the ways of R*, i'd say the man is a Liberty City refugee, from the middle circles of the criminal world, most likely in some kind of connection with the McReary family.

GTA V is sounded amazing. It's like when I first heard about the original Assassins Creed and they were saying how all the NPC's would have different roles to play within the game and this sounds the same. The steelworks have a realistic work-force and in the countryside people can be seen having a good time in all different hobbies.

The police thing excites me, I'm glad the dating aspect has gone, I'm confused as to why darts and bowling have been taking out and I'm hoping that this character you break free from prison is not Carl Fuckhead from SA.

looks good, loved San andreas and Vice City even more so. Thanks for the vid, interesting stuff! would like to think that is CJ but something tells me its not. Also hope that is Tommy Vercetti. Niko had that whole backstory where he used to do bad things and he wanted to start again and be good, but we never saw any of that. With Tommy this change would be more interesting, because he was very power hungry and no morals in Vice City from what I remember and we got to see and experience all that.
