Please be San Andreas, please be San Andreas. Even if it's just Los Santos with some country side here and there I can live with that. This looks fucking beautiful.

Perhaps GTA IV, Lost & Damned and Ballad of Gay Tony all rolled into one game. Seeing all three of them jumping out of that van seems about right.

Venice beach, Beverly hills, hollywood, south central, downtown la, were pretty obviously on screen. There's been like a bigass chunk of what must be the rocky mountains and some plains/hills with dirtroads, a farm, i don't know.Yes, what?
There's a huge bridge at one point which real life LA does not have, at leats not that i'm aware of. It looks like the Golden Gate's bottom and the upper part of the bridge has the same arching up thingy, you know what i mean.

Seriously though some vine fields and a mountain do not an "obviously the whole state of San Andreas" make. Also you described mainly Los Santos with some pieces of country side that were shown in the trailer so...
Even if it's just Los Santos with some country side here and there I can live with that.
Still optimistic for ALL of San Andreas though.

EDIT: After rewatching the trailer for the fourth time I noticed the license plates say San Andreas. So no it wasn't THAT obvious Skotch.

First shot actually made me think it was Vice City, with the beach at dawn and all. But the next shot gave it away:

I mean, pretty much any movie or show set in L.A. has a shot like this.

To add to this: The first trailer of San Andreas only showed Los Santos too y'know. There's actually a few pretty similar scenes in the two trailers.Venice beach, Beverly hills, hollywood, south central, downtown la, were pretty obviously on screen. There's been like a bigass chunk of what must be the rocky mountains and some plains/hills with dirtroads, a farm, i don't know.
