Hi, I'm new here and this will be my fist post to the forum!

I have a problem, which I believe would be appropriate for the Technical Issues section. I recently decided to finish Hitman Blood Money again as it is one of my favourite games, however when finishing the mission "Curtains Down" I had a problem which many have encountered before; 1 witness and a Professional rating instead of Silent Assassin. I no longer have this problem, when I complete the mission there are no witnesses, I believe it was something to do with the placement of the bomb, however with this I now have an even more bizarre problem.

I complete the mission absolutely perfectly and the mission stats are Zeros across the board, except for 2 accidents of course; So that's a Silent Assassin then? NO, apparently not, in fact this time I get an EVEN LOWER ranking, I get a "Hitman" ranking, yet I'd of achieved a higher ranking if there were witnesses! What's going on here? Is this a bug or a glitch, or even something I've missed??

I'm trying to get the XBox live achievements and can't get past this damn buggy mission!! If anyone could help I'd greatly appreciate it!

I'm sure this isn't a technical issue, rather an execution problem. How many blocks were in your Violence and Noise bars?

None.. I've now finished the mission Silent Assassin thankfully, after about an hour of repetition (I still think it was a minor bug), however in the following mission (Flatline) I'm having a similar issue. I've achieved "Stalker" rank, this time I have 2 blocks of violence which explains why, however I fibre wired 2 targets and poisoned another while he was cooking.. I thought close combat kills didn't count as violence?

It seems rather strange that the quietest methods of eliminating targets appears to reduce rating on account of violence, yet I could use explosives and get away with an accident!

The mind boggles...

I have finished all of the missions with Silent Assassin rating before, so I "thought" I knew the criteria, only that was on the PS2...

Just replay the level until you are happy with your rating. Look up a SA walkthrough.
