Always knew i didnt belong in this world. I wasnt

made for this. But Ill never forget - those who betrayed me, and

those who never failed my trust. Ill be carrying nothing from
Gontranno but this lesson: never trust anyone and rely on your

instincts. Forget the past. Ill never find peace here. So, Ill
seek justice for myself. Ill choose the truth I like.

Looks like he will be the new handler for 47, but I suppose he ends up as a target? Is it not Benjamin Travis 47 shoots in the end?

And he gets honored by George Bush.. he is a big fish. Lot's of stuff about the ICA we don't know.

EDIT: Look at the end of the interview. There is a small cut scene from the game, and it looks like Birdy is from the ICA.

Notice that in the cut scene at the end of the interview Birdy is mentioned. Looks like he works with the ICA, so what connection is there between Cosmo Faulkner and Birdy?

It seems he's turning the ICA into more of a Paramilitary venture, as a lot of targets shown on his file seem to be based in Iraq or Iran. I can definitely see the military background and specialities showing through those choice of targets... Interesting that we get to look at a cutscene, too.

I find it interesting that both ICA Files videos talk about the individual's "Ort-Meyer" scores. Maybe part of the Hitman universe's fiction is that Ort-Meyer created these widely used tests/scales that seem to be related to intelligence in some way. Or only the ICA uses these scores and its more measuring capabilities as an assassin? If the latter, does that mean ICA was founded by Ort-Meyer originally? Maybe there's already an answer to the connection b/w Ort-Meyer and ICA, but I'm not aware of it (other than O-M was the client calling all the hits in C47).

Also, what's going on with that zoom in on the glasses-wearing dude at :30 in the Travis one? Another important character? He looks a bit like the one that gets sniped @ :30 in the Diana ICA vid, but doubt it's supposed to be the same guy.

My thinking is that he is an ICA "scout", someone who sees the value in Travis and is either trying to convince him or get him off of the hook for his crimes.

was just about to say that, because first i thought they were talking about 47 in the Diana file video but then this appears again, don't know what's the relation between ICA and Ort-meyer, maybe he had relations with the hight supiriors of the ICA to get funding for the cloning program other than the rest of the "five fathers" and in the process he provided them with an intelligance profiling and also to assure that 47 is hired to finish the final stage of his training and tests which was the real life experience

Now this is interesting... Looks like we have another antagonist in the plot. He turns the strict-business international contract agency into a military command hunting organization. He must've turned out to be another Agent 47 hunter like Fournier and Cayne.
