"This room. This Bullet. There's a bullet for everyone. And a time and a place. An end. Yes, maybe this is how it has to be. Inspector, you've obviously learned too much about me. I can't have that. Even in my death" - Agent 47
Kid - Why do they flame Quinn?
Me - Because he's the poster that HMF deserves, but not the one it needs right now... and so we'll flame him... because he can take it... because he's not a poster... he's a silent guardian, a watchful protector... a HMF Poster

As the Global Times pointed out, Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days is set in Shanghai, and it doesn't exactly depict the city—or the Chinese people—in the best light.
From what I can gather Chinese cities are hellholes: miles and miles of grimy apartment towers with shopping malls on the ground floor. If anything the game is being sympathetic to the millions of sweatshop laborers. And doesn't Max Payne paint a depressing image of New York that might reflect a bit of reality?

Let me give you the king of all such examples:
Chinese people reported a non-Chinese person to police (who was later arrested) for singing "Kung Fu Fighting" in a pub because they thought it was racist as they walked by.

People will realize that race and culture are not the same thing. And even without that, Chinese is not a race it's a nationality. It would be like a Mexican claiming Mexican is a race. It's no such thing. Even more hilarious would be a U.S. citizen, an American claiming something is racist because it stereotypes Americans as obese. How far can we butcher language until we're at the level of duckspeak?

Not to mention São Paulo.
Red Red Redemption for defaming my ancestors.
Isn’t that depiction fairly accurate, though?
Edit:
That's like black people suing white people for playing bass.

And who can forget the classic [McDonald's Hot Coffee Lawsuit].Crazy stuff can happen in lawsuits, like the woman who sued her high school because she didn't get to be prom queen...over 20 years ago. It often gets thrown out.
Now, about the Chinese:
^Reportedly, the only response of the driver
from the 2nd video was: "How much should I pay?".
I am genuinely outraged at how these videos vilify the Chinese people and am suing reality for a monetary compensation sufficient to repair my truck's suspension damaged by running over those pesky kids.

- can't let go.

Hopefully this thing goes to court and an actual case is made of it. Maybe that will force IO to put some thought into characterizations and story arcs. Nuance and restraint hasn't been IO's forté past 2002 or so.
