I decided to preorder the game and after jumping through numerous hoops, I finally exchanged the preorder code from my retailer for one I could type into xbox live. Only problem is that after typing in all 25 keys I'm told that the code is invaild and I should eneter a valid one.

So now I'm waiting and waiting for Square Enix to get back to me so that I can hopefully play my preorder game.

Has anyone else had this issue? Most people have trouble with the website from what I've been able to find out...

I've double checked and triple checked and still the same result. Kind of a pain actually. So no one has had this happen?

Yes they have, which you would know if you did a fucking search. Word of advice, the quickest way to be ignored is not searching for a thread that already exists.

I don't think it has anything to do with new posters. I think anyone would've got the same treatment if they for example started up a new thread asking about the release date for absolution
All there is to it is to search before you post, that way there won't be 70 different duplicated posts regarding the same questions. It'll just make the forums more organized.

Exactly. New and old posters alike. Duplicate threads will get smashed And eventually closed out. And if you try to talk back and insult the other posters it just makes it worse. Especially when you're the one in the wrong.

You also need to follow the timeline before you critique my posts. I didn't say anything to this poster until they were insulting. Had he just said "sorry I didn't know someone direct me in the right direction" then my post would have been less sarcastic. I'm just backing @devil's advocate and @best for hires for their posts.

& Those telling you to search must of never used the search bar , because ive searched a bunch of times & found no result Only to see a thread titled almost identical to my search later on when browsing the forum . The other day i searched for "Hitman HD collection" & got no results so made a thread only to see a thread made the month earlier talking about it , & it literally had the exact words "Hitman HD collection" in the title , so those jumping on their high horse & trying to imply you're some how dumb for not finding something using the search bar dont know what they are talking about .
