From the official Hitman Facebook page:
From davidbateson.dk:David Bateson Returns as the voice of Agent 47.
After a long search IO Interactive are pleased to unveil that the voice of Agent 47 will once again be acted by David Bateson who has been the voice of Hitman since the year 2000 with the seminal PC release Codename 47. Alongside Bateson, William Mapother (star of hit TV series LOST) has performed the motion capture work for Agent 47 which was recorded at Giant Studios.
Speaking about the decision to return to Bateson after the studio earlier declared he wouldn’t be the voice of 47 in Hitman: Absolution, Brand Director Jon Brooke said “IO and Bateson have been bed fellows for over a decade and like all long running relationships sometimes absence makes the heart grow fonder. Looking back I think we were just playing hard to get.”
Both Bateson and Mapother now join a long list of talent announced for the game including Marsha Thomason, Keith Carradine, Vivica Fox and Powers Boothe.

Hi there guys,
So today, I was at IO Interactive's HQ in order to receive my swag from the "Vote for Hitman" thread. Nick figured it was easier for me to go and collect it, since I live just over 2 kilometers away from there. I got a nice tour around IO, and at the end I was given my fan merch along with a mysterious USB-key.
The USB-key looks like this:
Nick told me, that it contained a single file which I was to run when I got home. He also told me to hold onto it, since I was the only one apart from the IO team who had it in possession. Before I left IO Interactive, he also told me to publish it here with you guys at around 16:30 PM GMT+1. So I rushed home and plugged it into my PC, opened the USB-key, and this was what I got:
I played the file and discovered this:
The trip was definitely worth it, and I hope you enjoy the news. I am thrilled and honored to be able to give this info to you guys
