Hey guys, I bought Hitman 2 days ago and am expiriencing the some problems.
First, the game crashed at startup, which changed after i uninstalled ASUS Gamer OSD, which was hinted on the Square Enix page. So i got into the game, but after 5-10 minutes, it crashes on desktop, with the following error message.

Spoiler

I got
Win 7 64 Bit
i5
Radeon HD 5850
Asus p7p55d MB
8 GB Ram
drivers and DX up to date

I verified the cache, tried highest/lowest settings, running in administrator mode, running in Win XP comp mode, reinstalled game, used CC cleaner, Steam community on/off.

Anyone got an idea to help me ?

You should probably update to the latest video driver. Uninstall the old one, run CCleaner, and then install the new one; don't just do an install over the old. In that way lies madness.
