Hello, I have hitman 2 on one steam account and hitman 3 on a different one, how do I pass the progress of two steam accounts? I have tried to add the two accounts but it won’t let me. At least give me the hitman 2 pass in hitman 3, since I had to buy hitman 2 and 3 for “nothing” if it won’t let me progress.

Sadly there is currently no way to combin two different steam account. Your best bet is to setup family sharing between the two accounts. Yet I doubt it will have the effect you seek.

You maybe can transfer progress using ur ioi account but i doubt u could with your dlc ownership. I dont know since what u describe is such an edge case

I only can recommend you to refund newly bought HITMAN 3 and buy it on the same account as HITMAN 2.
If you’re eligible for a refund of course.
Because there is no way to merge up games from different accounts
