In the TacSim: Operations of a select checkpoint, or sequence of checkpoints to have fun with.
- First for the outfit.
- Second for a select loadout:
- bringing your own loadout of gadgets (with upgrade)
- bringing your own weapons
- Third for the leaderboard
- Fourth for the ease of launch, endpoint and replay
We all want to play with the outfits.
In addition, replaying through the chapter select forces you into a certain designated gadget loadout. and you sometimes need to replay from far before to select you own.
And I want to have fun with the weapon unlocks, the short extract of The Assault escalation showed me how engaging, playful, it can be.
Finally it would allow to centralize the overall replayability in the single hub of the TacSim.
My current wishlist for this would be:
- “Black Market” Mauritania checkpoint, the “find 100.000 dollars” one.
- “Infiltration to Aleph’s Port” (included) Mauritania sequences. (even better if it skips the initial cinematic and traversal, starting where the Lords of Rust escalation does, ending at the last bulkhead door)
- “Gala Entrance to Security Office” (included) Kensington sequence. (even better if it’s just start at the entrance reach the CCTV, skipping the phone in the gents part)
- “The Assault” London checkpoint, all of it not just the small extract of it from the escalation.
- “The Three Targets” Vietnam checkpoint
- “The Q-Lab Showdown” MI6 checkpoint ,currently the best checkpoint to replay with its gadget cart, it would be even better in tacsim.
(all with no game modifiers, don’t be your worst enemy IOI)
I think they would be meaningful, welcomed, and not too hard to produce.
