I submitted a ticket 3 days ago but nobody respond as usual, as a result I refunded the game. No pre order bonus, no money !
So, from what I understood, you purchased the game from Microsoft Store, right?
Unfortunately, Trinity Pack seems currently available for Steam buyers only. You can purchase it on Steam before February 20 to get Trinity Pack, as well as a free upgrade.
