Oh you’re right! Which means Providence was linked to human trafficking. Richard Delahunt actually recognizes 47, which was always odd to me, until now it’s been expanded that his partner was a Providence member. Even though it seems most of Providence don’t even know about the Ortmeyer project, I suppose it wasn’t as much ancient history in 2004 as it was in 2020.

The way I’m looking at it, I give points to the targets which provide the best gameplay experience. Some targets have a great, expanded loop and multiple kill possibilities. Others are almost static or go from A to B, then back to A on repeat. ? is one of the targets who don’t do anything significant to the gameplay loop. At least not for me.
