If you’re thinking of keeping “The Ostentatious” active so you can keep it in “Live Game Modes” for easy access don’t bother. It won’t show up even if there’s no other Elusive Targets. I’m frankly surprised IO hasn’t already increased the countdown from 12 hours to a much higher level.
To be honest, they are not. There isn’t new (staff, heavy weight object, alternative fiber wire), it’s just more (very expensive!!) to unlock due to gain new prestigue level.
