Completely off topic at this point, but what the heck.
I would totally vote for a Halloween Whittleton Creek mission where all the porches are decorated but it’s snowing (it does snow on Halloween in Vermont) so by the end of the mission, the ground is covered in snow. Not only would it provide a snowy map, but all those other disguises like the clown and the flamingo and the others that aren’t suits would look perfectly at home since costumes are part of that holiday.
I second this. Halloween on Whittleton Creek would be awesome.
Another Bonus Mission I would like to see would be Valentine’s Day on Miami, with the Public Enemy suit and the Bronson M1928 SMG as unlocks.
To stay on topic with Ambrose Island, it is the most anticipated content for Hitman 3 in it’s entire life span for me personally just because it’s a new map. That’s kinda why I wish we would get one more new map… or at least a Bonus Mission.

I have a theory on how IOI can rework Siberia into a full, normal mission, if they would ever consider it.
That would kill three birds with one stone (at least in terms of heavily requested things for Hitman 3)…
A “new” map
A snow map
A prison map
I have even thought of a few Mastery unlocks and Challenges they can use (both unique things not in the game, and things in the Files that are unused).
IMO, ioi should’ve converted ALL of the Sniper Assassin maps in the game (once that mode died) into sandbox style maps. Himmelstein, Hantu Port, Siberia and The Vector from Patient Zero. That’s 4 additional maps to experience in a new way + 4 new additional maps for contracts.
PC moders have already explored those maps in 3rd person, on-foot. I personally would’ve preferred that over the 7DS DLC.
I feel like it’d take too much reworking to make good on foot missions out of things that were specifically designed the way they were. They’d basically have to be rebuilt and given new voice lines and I can see why IOI didn’t opt to do that.
7DS was much easier and while you can argue about its value or quality, it meant IOI could better allocate work on more substantial things.
Something came to my mind after playing Haven agin. What if Ambrose Island plays right after Haven, even near to the Maldives?
At the end of Haven we see that Grey and 47 had some kind of a base (???) near Haven in some cave. There is so much stuff, why get it all there and building up such a base just for the three targets in Haven? So maybe, before heading to Dubai, they are operating from there, whatever it is they are doing on Ambrose Island.
Yes, this is what I assume it will be from the way they phrased it in the May roadmap. Hopefully the “gaps” it will fill in the WOA storyline has to do with the red herring in that last H2 cutscene.
From a business perspective, it makes sense to have the DLC visible within the H3 timeline of missions as well - right before Dubai, so that everyone can see what is available to them.
I’m starting to feel these might be the sailors that Grei had in the boat with them. Dunno. Or maybe just some random contract that popped up to tie loose ends in other terms.
You mean they will hunt the sailors who set The Constant free? That would be cool!
I was hoping for some kind of “action” on that ship, with the four of them, since Grey gave Diana a weapon would be nice if we at least could hunt these guys on that island!
I dunno, it seems like Dubai was the first they were learning about the Constant being set free by the crew, and IOI said Ambrose takes place before H3. Doesn’t seem to fit.
Yeah, but I can’t see it being placed anywhere else as the Dubai cutscene shows them doing a lot of traveling so already sets up a few locations between Maldives and Dubai. Plus I don’t think they would want to place a level in-between Hitman 1 or 2 levels as be weird from a UI setup
Perhaps it is separate from the Constant and the plot. More focus on 47 and Gray’s relationship. Setup is more militia is blocking transport from an island and Gray makes a deal with the locals to help that out in exchange for passage. Fair bit of fluff but doesn’t interfere or retcon with the plot while adding a bit more needed depth to the two leads.
The ones that make the most amount of sense for me is either:
A) it’s some Providence-controlled installation that has some vital piece of data that reveals where the Partners are going now that they’re in hiding, which is how they knew to find them in Dubai, or:
B) they are wiping out the rest of the Militia that Grey stirred up because not only do they not need them anymore, but his entire army was made out of violent criminals and extremists. While Providence was the evil that lurked at the top of the social order, Grey made his alliances with the evil that lurked at the bottom. But they were still evil. With the exception of Penelope Graves, who is probably the only sanctioned target in the series who hasn’t done anything wrong (yet), everyone else was a threat to the lives and well-being of civilians, and Grey knew that he’d have to dispose of them once he cinched the noose around Providence.
So Ambrose, I think, is either in finding out where the Partners went, or 47 cleaning Grey’s house, so to speak, before moving on to the next part of the plan.
Though put it more with finding the Partner’s location than dealing with the Militia. Would feel bit strange to add mission on those with the game focused on the Partners and Edwards. Would make more sense to keep it consistent.
Still really enjoy the military like setup, quite refreshing from the rest of the game.
Well, you never know. IOI said it would clear up some unanswered questions and one of them is what happened to the rest of Grey’s militia after 47 and Diana came onboard the resistance.
Who knows, maybe it’s both; maybe the last of Grey’s lieutenants obtained the info on where the Partners are going and 47 is going to both get that data and cut off the last of Grey’s colleagues. Deal with two unanswered questions in one go.
I admit, that scene was much more of a handwave than I think the developers intended. Like, we know The Constant is very good at bargaining and pulling info off of even random people, but it’s kinda hard to take that seriously when we never see this exchange.
I thought the Militia had been disbanded by both Grey sending an Email to stand-down and providence hunting them down, I.E Orson Mills being captured.
Feels like it was mostly settled on the side-line. Plus making a detour like that would slow down 47 and Grey’s urgency on taking out the Partners.
Felt more like the plot was heavily changed or a plotline was cut short due to scaling back the production budget. Which sets up a number of a small plot holes and contrivances (Like Edwards deal with the crew).
.
What gets me is that 47 and Grey only found out about Edwards escaping once they were in Dubai given they seemed to still be contact with Diana and Olivia the whole way.
