Was not aware of this spaceship like controller  :

was into these types back in the 90s end :100:

The form was decent I think, depending on the game you pick which two ends you hold.

But boy the spring in the stick breaks sooo quickly. When you visited a friend with a N64 back in the days, you know your place if you get the good or the bad controller.

That original squared Nintendo controller was crap too.

WTF is this “game boy” bootleg console lol (it looks more like a snes?)

Nintendo didn’t sell their consoles all over the world back in the day. As a Romanian I can tell you that they ignored Eastern Europe, so cheap knock offs were the norm. I grew with this console (bought with my hard-earned dosh from caroling  )

Also getting games for it was a crap shoot since the cover wouldn’t always match the actual game, not to mention if the game even ran properly because of a corrupted ROM or the cartridge getting defective because sellers didn’t keep them safe from direct sun, rain / snow, cold weather etc.

Also the cartridge that came with the console was awesome

It came with Super Mario Bros., Duck Hunt, Hogan’s Alley, Wild Gunman, Bomberman, Tank 1990 (Battle City), Galaxian and a few more that I don’t remember

I haven’t seen either of these two machines, but I came across some of these “X in 1” cartridges in mid school, Chinese classmates had a few of them. I kinda envied them but learned later that these cartridges usually lacked saves (although it wasn’t really a problem when the games they were emulating didn’t have any in the first place).

Yes, it was available in India probably imported from China. Which region were you at that time.

The cartridge image shared by EvilGeniousRo was the one we played.

I will soon upload some picture of my console and nes games.

The only problem was sometimes the cartridge was not fitting in so we had to remove the plastic cover and it worked. Cleaning the slots was done with some cloths or earbuds.

Does anybody know of a way to completely block a YouTube channel from showing up in your main YouTube feed when scrolling, especially when the three dot icon next to a user handle doesn’t give you the option to do anything except report it?

There should be an option to “Don’t Recommend Channel”.

There is not. It only gives me an option to report several channels whose posts come up in my feed that I don’t want.

Don’t even know what that is. Clarification?

Well shit guys we are having very different YouTube experiences and I’m sorry I can’t be of further help in your troubles.

I don’t know how you get to YouTube (PC, phone, something else), but for me (PC with Firefox) I get this when I click the three dots next to the video name:

It doesn’t show up if you’re actually subscribed to the channel though. I’ve never had a channel that I’ve asked YouTube to not recommend show up again.

Yeah, I get several, mostly posts, not actual videos, that don’t show anything when you click those dots accept the option to report. Literally nothing else. As a result, I’ve got many polls I don’t want to see and posts from right-wing propaganda channels I don’t want to see cluttering my feed.

These days when I use Youtube for anything but music I do so by opening the links in a private tab. That way I got none of the memes, clickbaits and far right nonsense on my main account. The downside is that private browsing disables my adblocker so Youtube becomes ad hell :x

In my experience that only happens when I’m to stop videos and posts from showing up but I’m actually subscribed to the channel. I do use this link to access YouTube though:

https://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions

That only shows you channels you’re subscribed to so YouTube’s algorithm plays less into the mix.

Define a private tab in this context, please. I don’t know how to do that, that I’m aware of.

I’m definitely not subscribed to them, but I don’t just want to go through my subscriptions, I’m basically browsing, but these non-videos from the same channels keep coming up and I can’t find any way to make them stop.

Basically it’s a browser mode that doesn’t save any info about the websites you visit when you close the tabs. Most browsers have that option, in Firefox and Chrome you can activate it from the menu or use keyboards shortcuts.

So I assume a lot of you are like me and completed all of the Elusive Targets during their normal Year 5 release times, did the challenges, twitch drops, and featured contracts as soon as they came out, and have not had much to do in the game for the last few weeks (and have little to do until the next roadmap is released now too). What are you all doing in the meantime lacking any Hitman content at the moment?

Personally still find lots of time for hitman by playing/creating contracts and playing roulette.

Outside of hitman though, mainly trying some characters I haven’t used on Marvel Rivals during the new season, replaying Lego Harry Potter with my SIL, and contemplating buying a Steam Deck.

I think I played Hitman summer 2024 the last time. I think I squeezed out what I could and I don’t feel sad that I did not manage to get to 10k hours all three games combined. These days I just play other games or program my own game ideas, ready for release in 2050s. :joy:
