Since they’ve finally realized again what Bonus Missions/Special Assignments are, they could very well make some outside of Celebrities for other Maps. Praying for Whittleton Creek, Ambrose Island, etc.

Special Assignments, not Bonus Missions. The two are similar on the surface, but actually distinct.

Making Bonus Missions instead of those no-name Community Contracts
They seperated those 2 to distinguish Hitman 1 & 2 content. But tbh, since all 3 games are 1 now, they should merge them into 1 tab to avoid confusion smh

Hard? It’s harder getting a celebrity’s allowance and likeness in a game than re-using some assets

I never said this stupid thing. I meant that instead of 30 dumb unneccessary boring community contracts every 3-4 months, we’d have 1 BM/SA

Still, it’s almost impossible due to amount of work required for things like this.

Do you mean featured contracts? These are almost zero effort for IO. Cutting them would not free up any capacity for something else. Featured contracts have a different purpose, to enable fans to create content that makes it into the game at a prominent spot.
Proper Bonus missions are the second most complicated thing after whole new maps because general map geometry aside, you still have to change all NPC routines and come up with a new overall atmosphere.
Elusive Targets or Special Assignments only repurpose existing maps, existing NPCs and redesign a few rooms with new NPCs. Probably more work for the sound people to record new voice lines including of the celebrity.

Change routes? In the HITMAN 2 ones they just added a few NPCs to a small area. Ya’ll act like IOI is an indie company that we have to feel a pity for

Hitman 2 had no bonus missions, only Special Assignments.
I know these terms can be confusing but try to understand what is called what before feeling ridiculed.
Tbf Bonus Missions are a bit meatier. They should probably merge patient zero and sarajevo’s tabs and label them “mini campaigns”, add seasonal content to the bonus missions tab to fill those out and add a tab for escalations
Personally they should remove the seven deadly sins tab and do a celeb special assignment tab
No, they shouldnt remove tabs that make it more convenient to access content. The game’s UI is bad enough as is
