It’s been happening for quite a while, probably most of this year, but I’m only now bothered to mention it. As title says, my “All Notifications” dropdown only shows badges. If I go to the separate notifications page I can see what my notification actually is, but that defeats the purpose of a notifications bar/dropdown 
On further inspection it seems hitting “Dismiss” has cleared them all. But it’s still really weird it puts specifically old unclicked badge earned notifications at the top of your feed forever until you ‘read’ them
