Would it be possible to track down a pre-ordered physical version of the game that comes with the code for the Trinity Pack, like PlayStation for example? And is there any distinctive indication of it being a pre-order vs not? And if I do find one with a code, would it still work?
Best thing you could do is try eBay. That’s your best bet I think 
Being PlayStation, it’s going to be trickier. Sony region locks any DLC and it also has to match a specific disc-based version of the game to work as well.

Considering how even some pre-orders were missing the trinity pack codes upon release (took me about two months to get my trinity pack code) I’d say the chances are slim…
