Someone with access can update the year and dates. Nothing special this time around. Just fiber wired the prick in the tool room behind the arcade and bounced.
As usual that guardfest was thwarted with the combined power of the pajama start, a couple of emetics thrown around, and a micro taser in a puddle.
What are some interesting possibilities with the target? Is it possible, for example, to perform some event and creatively kill the target?
Thereâs an oil barrel in front of the laundry. If you wait near the arcade for the target to meet with his drug dealer, and then follow her back to her apartment, break in and use her laptop when sheâs not looking, it will summon the target to the area in front of the laundry. Before you witness the target and the dealer meet, puncture the oil barrel with a screwdriver or a bullet, then after you trigger him to come here, place a coin (there a few found in this general vicinity) in the oil puddle just before the target either arrives, or after he decides to leave the area. Either have a triggering item at the ready as well (a taser device or the Big One firecracker), or be in a location where you have a clear shot at the barrel without being spotted. As soon as the target bends down to pick up the coin, strike. And bingo: French fried fucker.
Cool, thank you very much! : )
If you want something similar but a bit less hands-on for the kill, fetch the propane flask from one of the balconies of Hushâs building, then go to the area in front of the laundry. Looking towards the square youâll see a bench, toss the flask to the ground just left of it. Then send the email. The target will blow himself up smoking.
As for getting the flask, crossing the lotus passage and cutting through Hushâs lab works well IMO.
NKO SA/SO, triggered the dealer meeting, set up a trap in the karaoke shop and dropped the ball on his head
Easy to do with a default loadout as well (you can get both coins and access the laptop by climbing into the hotel rooms + shoot the prop), I just went with the sniper and phone for style points

Damn, now that Iâm confident at this, I tend to mess up more often.
Expected the bodyguard to pick up the piece and go stash it (I was going to retrieve it later), but he noticed it and just ignored? Either way, I could still get away if I just RAN to the door before he entered, but I had to be a smartass and walk.
Already got SA twice on this target, so no big deal, but still a shame.
It was a nice, thoughtful, clean run until then! Thatâs a great example of how this game breaks your heart sometimes. Hitman, she can be cruel.
#backseatgaming getting into the locker with the targetâs body probably wouldâve been your best option. ![]()
Thanks, appreciate it. Without failure, there is no success, I guess. I just hope it ainât breaking my heart again on The Stowaway rerun in May, 'cause I still donât have a clean suit only of this one.
Yeah, thatâs what I wouldâve done if I knew. But considering I didnât expect him to enter, I think I couldâve saved the run if I ran straight away and was a bit closer to the door. Wouldâve been tight, but still.
Iâd be worried about the guard at the top of the steps that you tossed a coin for earlier. I had the target go through that door to take a briefcase, I stabbed him but the door was already open and I got spottedâŚ
I paused the game and had a restart option for like half a second, then it disappeared. So I disconnected. ![]()
You mightâve even been able to get on the other side of the door the guard came in. Itâd open inward and youâd be behind it like when the target came in.
Not that I wish to be a pedantic semanticist, but, well, here we go: Iâm pretty sure that with failure, there is no success.
Well, I practiced the escape a couple of times and it was alright. I just crouched at the base of the staircase, threw a coin upstairs so he turns left, and slipped past him consistently.
Damn, unlucky. I think there is a difference in their awareness between seeing you trespassing or murdering someone. Similar thing happened to me in The Stowaway I mentioned - I could sneak back and forth just fine, but when I showed a tiny piece of my ass during the last frames of garroting the bastard - they busted me instantly and lit me up.
Fair enough. Letâs just say failure keeps future success interesting.
Iâve pushed over railings where he leans after he leaves BLOCK. Iâve flashbanged one of the guards who was looking his way and he got scared, but I was able to throw him over before he would raise alarm.
Got SA by using a sieker on a guard, and poisoning the targetâs cocaine. From there its just waiting for 3 minutes.
(also my first time realising the front doors of the arcade are boarded shut.)
With the Rage, I notice again that the Live tab shows only one Elusive Target, despite two running concurrently, and it showed the Banker with 20 days remaining, instead of the Rage with only a few days left. If you donât check the roadmap, it can be quite easy to miss the non-celebrity targets with shorter runtimes.
@IOI_Artjoms Any chance the ET field on the Live tab can show more than one, similar to the Arcade or Contracts fields?
@JaqTaar, this has been an issue for quite some time that is brought up pretty much every season when regular Eats run concurrent to the month-long CelebrET being featured. Nothing has been done about it so far.
Took care of the target with the usual procedure of puncturing the oil drum near the laundry with a screwdriver, triggering the meeting between him and his dealer, sneaking into her apartment to trigger the second meeting from her laptop, then placing a coin in the oil puddle for the target to go for and tossing the Big One firecracker into it when he steps there. Ran into two complications that almost made me have to start over, but I made it through. First, I got to the dealerâs apartment before she did and triggered the second meeting just before she entered the room, requiring me to hide and lose precious time to make it back to the laundry until I could sneak past her.
Still got back in time, but when I dropped the coin like I normally do, another NPC saw it first and went to pick it up, ruining the timing, and I had to bump into the target a few times while he was standing in the puddle to make him look at me and delay him leaving. While he turned to complain at me, I threw the firecracker and fried him. Throwing the firecracker doesnât alert anyone, so it didnât ruin my status.
SASONKO, no emetics, accident kill, 5 stars, all adhering to the HPP. Next.
