Elusive Target #21: THE EX-DICTATOR (Year 6: 24 July - 2 August 2026)

Infiltrated the lounge just behind the area where Richard and Inez Sat using a scrambler, lured away the two guards on the balcony, and lured Richard in to the lounge with a coin. I subdued and threw him off the balcony, somehow didn’t get spotted by anyone below. Inez walks into the lounge eventually, so I waited and garroted her once she came in, a walk in the park after that

SASO =)

See, I could have done that (with a lethal syringe rather than fiber wire), but I’d have had to go against my parameters and I couldn’t do that on a live ET playthrough. But whenever they bring these motherfuckers to Arcade, I’mma try that very thing.

bro that is sick. i kind of kill them both in the way of what i saw online. and as usual i’ll make it comedic in nature.

I did get spotted while in the animation of dumping him over. I quickly paused and restarted. :fearful:

Anyone lose Silent Assassin due to running someone over with the tuk-tuk in the exit cutscene?

Was it due to non-target killed or (a) camera recording?

Edit: Are you asking because it happened to you? Or are you just checking?

No, game don’t counts murder as a statistic

I hit a guard on the way out with the Tuk Tuk and had a moment where I was ready to rage (it would have been my first non-SA ET since the H1-era and forever ruined my quest for 100% challenge completion) as I forgot your score/time/rank gets locked in the moment the exit is activated. Luckily I waited before hurling my controller at the wall like I wanted to as soon as I saw it happen.

After my 10 flawless ETs streak, 11th one had to be special. So I eventually fucked it up.

But seriously, another bullshit ET with no scenario. That fancy leopard toque guy goes isolated and asks for an easy kill, while his ho always stays in public with bodyguards and leaves no other option but dull propane flasking. And the best part - when one of them dies, the other one just telepathically knows that and stays on his spot forever. Seems like all of the Season 1 ETs are awkward and unpolished, glad they mostly did a better job with latter ones.

As this one was never re-activated I’m currently collecting the final pieces of footage to add to the Elusive Target dialogue video collection. Apart from the conversations in their private restaurant area (Medow Brown Lounge), between Richard and the French guy at the bar (Cocktail bar), Inez’s phone calls outside, Richard’s phone calls in the Beauty Camberwell Lounge, are there any other dialogue or special actions that can be be triggered that I might have missed?

There’s the two staff members by the garden entrance the Ekwensis use who complain about getting frisked by their bodyguards, and I haven’t checked, but maybe Inez has some interesting dialogue if you kill Richard, considering she was planning to kill him herself.

I tried killing Richard in front of Inez and Inez in front of Richard, nothing seems to happen other than Inez holding the phone next to her ear for a few seconds (no dialogue though) however she does this even if Richard dies and she doesn’t see it.

I’m not sure if this is considered a special action, but Richard would sit down and start praying (similarly to Yates) if he’s put in lockdown, there’s no dialogue for it.

If you kill the French guy Richard plans on meeting, he’ll look around the bar for a few seconds before returning to his loop.

Could you help me pinpoint these two? I’ve been looking around, but no one seems to be talking about the Ekwensis.

The ones who go “Well of course he’s spoiled, that’s sort of my point!” by the kitchen, underneath the big flight of stairs on the public side of the hotel.
Their new dialogue is something like:
“They patted me down, everywhere!”
“I’m sure they were just being thorough, darling.”
“Did they think I had a gun in my knickers? This is a hotel, not a prison!”
“I got the same treatment, darling.”
“Yeah, but you totally liked it.”
“Oh, be mature.”

There doesn’t seem to be any consistent way for me to trigger it cleanly. I get the original “Of course he’s spoiled” dialogue, then it’ll breaks into the new one.

I figured it out.

Infiltrate Jordans Penthouse and get one of the body guards disguises. Head back down stairs to where the 2 staff are, wait for them to finish their first dialogue about Jordan, and then stand near them, the dialogue will trigger.

This is because Richards bodyguard is the one who triggers the dialogue, and the bodyguard shares the same disguise as Jordans Bodyguards

I think this is usual dialogue that appears in normal missions tho. I remember randomly hearing it when I once went thought.

I tried it with the main mission and it doesn’t seem to happen, I even used the bodyguard disguise (which triggers the dialogue in the ET) but it doesn’t seem to trigger.

I’m just gonna assume it’s an ET thing

I can’t believe how much dialogue I missed. I usually try to collect it all before eliminating the target(s) because of the inability to replay. Hopefully this gets released on arcade soon.

@Raisu: Many thanks for the help. In the end, I still couldn’t get the disguise to trigger the dialogue cleanly, but what I did figure out is by standing close to the lady you nudge her just as she starts the “spoiled” dialogue. This interrupts her and causes her to move away to use her phone. After about 30 seconds she returns and produces the new dialogue cleanly, regardless of (non-trespassing) disguise.

But thank you both you and @Kesington019 for your help. I’d have never known about that dialogue otherwise; plus the information on no additional dialogue if you kill one first. I did try one or two things, but it seems that the way it works is that each one of them triggers the next stage of their routine. So if, for example, you kill Richard in the private room, as he doesn’t return to the table, Inez will never move from there. The same seemed to be true in most other places.

Anyway, here it is! This took quite some time due to the crazy moving hostile zones and the weird combination of acceptable disguises and random enforcers.

I hope you all enjoy it.
