Okay well I did it. But in the run I completed and recorded, the timing on everything went wrong after I got the syringes. Took like 15 minutes instead of a tight 5. Things did not go like they did in my practices and this was not at all a flow-state run.
But that’s the beauty of this game, and I love it.

I know of two ways of getting the syringes in a SONKO No Loadout way. You can get the scrambler from the security room or
Summary
sabotage the stem cells to make a surgeon go downstairs and open the door to the syringes for you.

Ah, totally forgot about that second method. It’s been a while since I played the mission in Hokkaido. Although, can you sabotage the stem cells with an empty inventory?
What I did was pull the fire alarm to get the guards moving. Then I used a crowbar (from the pilot’s stash room) to get the scrambler.

You can, the doors to the stem cells control don’t have a key card reader.
I always forget that you can trigger a fire alarm to get NPCs to move out of the way. What I did was taking advantage of the guards routine path.

Like many, I’ve been playing WOA since the first release in 2016… and there were plenty of challenges that required us to use custom made contracts to complete them. Well, when it came to ‘The Groom’, I was pretty proud of myself because I completed the challenge while taking out The Surgeons. It was exciting combining an already tough challenge, with a two target Elusive Target. (This is back when we really dreaded them and failure was always around the corner, and we treasured our ET suits, and sat with great disappointment if we were unsuccessful).
Well, when we transferred our data and lost our challenge completions, it became a challenge I didn’t want to accomplish again. Until now… about 7 years later, I went for it, and took them out again and got my challenge completed!
I am still loving this game after all these years, and finding ways to challenge myself.

I always go with the syringes on these two, and tonight will be no different. To borrow 47 in the final mission of Absolution, I already know how this will end.

At this point I’m kinda getting tired of The Surgeons. Even when on my alt account I did Cut Throat, Bye-Cicle, and Guardian Assassin just to spice it up a bit more. Shoutout to the dev at IO who put the enforcer walking past the operating room start location just to mess with impatient players!
I’d love for The Fugitive to be brought back again for something different and because it’s a lot faster to do with no loadout. Who knows, maybe in the upcoming Fall/Winter roadmaps

Its not. The Y5 ETs were all loaded in earlier in the year. The Fixer was the only “new” one that we didn’t get last year.
Who knows if Sensation/Warlord/Pharmacist will come this year though - the Y2 and Y3 variants were never activated. So last year they were both new but not at the same time.
I know, but there’s absolutely nothing stopping them from updating more of the ETs with Year 5 data.
Of the Year 5 ETs, there’s only 7 left to run, so it seems likely that they’ll be done with all of them by the end of the Fall roadmap. Probably they’ll just have the ET Galore or Celeb ET reruns in the Winter Roadmap this year, but they could easily slot in some of the 9 ETs that haven’t gotten Year 5 versions.
True - it could happen.
But since new CelebrETs generally get 30 days without any other ETs going live*, the seven standard ETs left to run fills in the gaps for the year between the two new CelebrETs pretty smoothly - is it likely to happen? Probably not.
* I think The Splitter’s original activation was the only one to not get the “sole focus” treatment.

Couldn’t do fiber wire or anything else for obvious reasons, so here’s the dead man approach. Now that I think about it, probably should’ve changed to Motorcyclist, because I avoided being seen by people anyway.

SA/SO/NKO/Ghost (well, Ninja in this case), ninja start, lured and unlock the “cut throat” challenge on the surgeon on the 2nd floor stairwell near the helipad
went around the morgue and climbed up to bait and switch the doctor, exited from where I stared
Easy ET whose added challenge is getting the syringes without a scrambler (that I appreciate them being an optional objective).

Wait a damn minute here! I injected both targets with the virus syringes. How is it not 5 stars?!
Well, whatever. I know what I did. In reality, it’s 5 stars.
I did inject the dude with it, dragged his body to where the chick would see it, then made sure I had the inject prompt so as to avoid the punch glitch. I think the game is confused.
Here’s what must’ve happened. I did get the punch glitch even with the syringe equipped. So I tested to see if I actually could inject someone while they’re checking on a KO’d body. I brought in a lethal syringe. Success!
Well, back to it then. So I restart the ET. I must not’ve removed the lethal syringe from my inventory in the planning stage and injected either one of them with the lethal syringe. (jerk-it motion and eye-roll). So it’s just 4.99999 Stars.
