It’s a nice ET they’ve got here, it would be a shame if someone happened to bring along a Durian…
So far, my favorite change to the map is that the one guy isn’t an enforcer to your suit!

I want to add this opens the door to any and all back catalog of bond characters appearing in HITMAN. I have a feeling this is just the beginning of some truly good content
The basement is has only 2 enforcers in the suit, except the security room, which is empty.
There is the Chair from Casino royale next to the Kitchen, and you can play with le Chiffres rope without paying.
I catched some Easter Eggs to Mads Mikkelsens other movies from the Guards in the basement, I could upload the whole 3 minute video but I can’t cut it
Did anyone find a way to get the 10 million Euros? I searched pretty much the whole palace.
So, what I said the other day about Christoph Waltz being an ET could actually be on the table.
Very much possible, as long as they secure likeness rights anything is possible. Seeing a Casino Royale collab and by extension Mads in the game now unironically renewed faith in IO for me.
Even if it’s gimmicky 007 will be the best thing to have happen to this company and by extension Hitman.
Got me to hop back on the game right as I got home from work.
I just found the way.
In the same room as the tables is a Bank where 47 just asks for it.
Well… Did they apply it to the regular missions as well at least?
Amazing, can’t wait to play this ET. This is a really nice surprise for me to lift my mood after a very tough week again on my mentals. ![]()
Thanks for all the great information gathering as always everyone!
I wonder if IO realise that they have already used “The Banker” codename on a target.
It previously belonged to Claus Hugo Strandberg.
Oliver Winding was born into a very typical suburban home in Duluth, Minnesota. His mother was a stay at home mother and his father was a respected member of the police force. Growing up as a very average but somewhat physically able person, Winding grew up conflating the respect and deference people showed him because of his father with a deep admiration for his above average athletics accomplishments. He decided a career in the law was the best way to garner the true respect he craved.
After graduating from the University of Minnesota he began a career at Langley during the slow build up to the war on terror taking on whatever assignments came his way with gusto. However being serviceable will only ever get you so far for so long and Winding found that as his quantity over quality approach ran into a snag. The forever wars were not so forever and the assignments became further and further between for someone like Winding.
Eventually Winding started taking on security analyst jobs to make ends meet. We believe this is where he first drew the attention of Le Chiffre. In need of someone loyal but not bright, capable of physical ability but not a man of action. Since then he has been the head of security for several of his functions and the occasional stint as a member of building security.
It is unknown how exactly he first met Agent Smith but it shouldn’t distract you from the fact that in 1998 The Patriot once fell through the Hell in a Cell cage twice in one night and through the Spanish language announcers table on the first fall and had a chair land on him the second time.
What Winding lacks in distinction or ability he makes up for in persistence, consistence and his value to one of biggest names in the world of dark money.
Well. You know what this means… Mads Mikkelsen will be revealed/accused of being some kind of sex criminal pretty soon.
Jokes aside, I tried this and it’s decent. I was very disappointed that I couldn’t take on the identity of Rangan however. I mean, of course it’s silly, but that’d be the point. ![]()
I also felt like the gambling aspect basically having to restart the mission to bet on the right number felt a bit lazy. Like couldn’t there be some way of gaming the system instead?
Getting the 10 million likewise felt a bit too easy..
Haven’t done all the stuff yet, just the main mission story and a version where I take the identity of the dealer. Hope there’s a bit more to it than that, but it is an elusive, so I guess it can’t have a ridiciulous amount of layers.
My thoughts exactly
I was surprised at that too given 47 expressed confidence he would win, but once you realise the guy goes to a secluded area when you lose… not such a big deal.
Presumably you’re supposed to give it back to the agency afterward. Though it would’ve been interesting if they made you start just below that level so you were forced to gamble to get that amount
That brings me to my what I wanted to talk about. This is very good content, made for replayability as shown in the diagram below of the choices and outcomes just of the Mission Story. So much so that it should not be an ET. If IO is going to do this kind of effort of content with many scripted options, it should be a special assignment.
Make the special assignment free for 7 days so everyone gets to play the different paths without restriction, but then they need to buy the DLC if they want it forever. Then they can make these ETs more ‘dangerous’ where the target or their squad actually has a chance to kill you (unlike the great Undying, world class assassin who cowers when you aim a banana at him).
That’s why I was surprised when the target poisoned me straight up, I failed to get the antidote so quit just before the timer ran out because I was on official and didn’t want it to be locked off, only to learn later on that it’s not lethal ![]()
Imagine if it was a lethal poison, that would be the sort of thing you could get away with that is considered unfair in ETs (but in a special assignment would be a great experience to literally just die because you got poisoned and didn’t make it to the antidote in time. In b4 ‘it’s a Casino Royale reference’, I know that just making a point), and stuff like the target having a powerful weapon to shoot you with.
But yeah, this was good content. Feel like since they went to all this effort the least they could’ve done was change the Time of Day while they were there, but that’s okay because I played with mod to turn it to night anyway (Random ToDs website update coming soon). Also would’ve been nice if they got rid of the stage/show/clothes stuff in back areas for a true ‘fashionless Paris’ instead of merely slapping a new logo on it but ah well.
I don’t want to go through the whole thing thoroughly, but has anyone already played a joke on a next target for sexual accusations in real life for Mads for him being the celebET for HITMAN?
