Um… They have announced it already. That’s why we know its coming…

We just don’t know exactly when, other than its either the 25th or the 26th as an educated guess based on the dates of IGN Fan Fest combined with past history of when CelebrETs go live. IO is at Fan Fest on the 25th though - so it could be a “MISSION NOW LIVE” trailer premiere.

I wonder if they’ll do some extra announcements at the Fan Fest, maybe some silhouettes of the next ETs like last year?

Did they do that last year? I don’t even remember them being there.

Last time I remember them being at Fan Fest was in 2024 when the return of The Undying was announced.

The tweet where they announce they’ll be at IGN Fest does say:

Tune on February 25 and 26 across IGN’s channels for exclusive reveals and more.

It’s possible that they have more announcements other than the Patient Zero Requiem ET.

I think an ET trailer and release date will likely be announced at IGN Fest.

We haven’t seen much about co-op recently so I’m presuming there’s a chance that will show up. Maybe they do the silhouette teases like you’ve said, I don’t think they’ll announce any new actual celebs ETs other than Milla.

I’d be surprised if they did. They’ll want everyone talking about the one thing, rather than muddying the waters with multiple announcements for WoA.

Is why I’m not even expecting a co-op mention at Fan Fest.

Pretty much. They didn’t exactly match who the targets ended up being. They did give us an idea when to expect those targets though.

In continuity? At least 3. The two ETs don’t count because their events take place either simultaneously with or previous to the actual mission to assassinate Alexa Carlisle in H3, making the ET missions impossible.

So that leaves the main H3 mission, the Dartmoor Garden Show, and at least 1 Freelancer mission, in which they actually did install security cameras. We don’t know what the canon status of Milla’s mission will be, but if it fits into the continuity, it could be the 4th time.

As stated elsewhere in similar discussions, 47 keeps going to these same locations because the activities of Providence and all the other various organizations that were brought down over the course of the main campaign have made these locations hotbeds of criminal activity that have resulted in contracts being placed on targets that can be found across all of them for years before and after Providence fell. That’s why he keeps ending up in these places over and over.
