To be fair, you have to pay for those ones. Which is probably why they don’t do it so as to not leave out people that don’t own those maps. Otherwise they would be accused of making DLC for DLC.

Even if the stage is a paid DLC location like New York or Haven Island, I believe it’s possible to offer only the ET missions as a limited-time free event, as seen with recent Celebrity Elusive Targets.
Since players can actually access New York and Haven Island within Freelancer even without owning the DLC, I think the same approach is feasible.
Of course, if it becomes paid DLC after the free period ends, that’s no different from how things have always been, so it’s not a problem.

That solution would work. An alternate solution would be to revise the buying process again for the game and just include the extra Hitman 2 missions and Hitman 3 escalations in the base game price so every owner of the game has access to them (like it is on the Switch 2).

If they added a basement thatd be such a brilliant addition. I like Dartmoor a lot and the gridlike mansion structure doesnt really bother me but I wish there was a couple more mansiony features
