I reckon itās genuine, but often the image behind the targets title has very little literal significance to the mission (for example, the deceivers I remember it being a puppet on strings)

Well, yeah, I donāt expect us to unlock dual wielding or the target using 2 pistols to shoot you in-game, but it must have something to do with him.
The deceivers are political puppet masters, so maybe this target is some spy or avid gun collector?
But you could still hold two pistols at the same time

So Iconoclasm? Certainly fits the theme. My guess is it will be some sort of academic either some sort of Four Horsemen of Atheism type of academic or the IDW reactionary crazy type.

I didnāt include Train to the list though it technically is still a location, it just too linear and tiny so I doubt weāll get any of activities there except of Escalations, perhaps

My guess is Chongqing, because it is the location most worthy of religious worship. The target will be roaming the map criticizing how cramped it is or how much the NPCs look alike. Iāll be pleased to put him out of his misery.
