Fan made Contracts of Hitman WOA

Of course. The way I found just more complex.

This is a contract series called The Piano Man that I have been working on over the past week. It’s a 6-part series which is based entirely around Fibre Wire contracts. It’s got a full story that runs throughout the contracts, which is included in the briefings. I love old cop dramas and noir detective stories so this is my love-letter to them.

I’ve designed all the contracts so that multiple start and end points are viable, as well as different outfits. I also marked the targets in a random order so it’s not obvious which route I took. There’s a few optional restrictions, but I’ve tried to make them as open as possible. I’d love some feedback (on the contracts and the briefings).

Episode 1: Whittleton Creek

Xbox 3-22-1128548-20
PC 1-22-0859130-62

  1. Five residents of a sunny American suburb were silently murdered. Each one had been strangled to death, their bodies left in nearby bushes only to be found days later. Our only lead is word of a ‘bald, middle aged man’ that was seen at various points throughout the day.
Targets

  1. The officer standing by the shed at the bus stop entrance.
  2. The officer on the phone by the van at the construction site.
  3. The guy leaning against the fence in the Wilson’s garden.
  4. Once of the two garbage men standing by the garbage truck.
  5. The “explosives expert” outside Janus’ house talking to the officer.

Episode 2: New York

Xbox 3-24-0162288-20
PC 1-24-5802928-62

  1. Our killer has made his way to New York, leaving a trail of bodies in his wake. The media has now christened him ‘The Piano Man’ after it was leaked that he used a piano string to kill his targets. How did he kill 4 people in a busy New York bank without anyone noticing? We’ve got to find a lead.
Targets

  1. The security guard sitting down in the room in the Janitor’s Corridor.
  2. The woman watching TV with a guy on the first floor, next to the Kitchen.
  3. The security guard talking to the “sweater guy”.
  4. The janitor on the first floor next to the security guard.

[Optional] Complication: No pacifications.

Episode 3: Miami

Xbox 3-11-8087203-20
PC 1-11-4373260-62

  1. The Piano Man has struck again at a race-day event in Miami. Another 4 casualties at an event with thousands of people, how is he doing this? Our agents have recovered multiple sightings of a bald man with a distinctive barcode tattoo on the back of his head. We’re getting closer. There must be a pattern. There must a motive. We have to catch him before it’s too late.
Targets

  1. The server in the food stand underneath the stands.
  2. The journalist outside Maxwell Rutter’s office.
  3. The waiter inside the Thwack building.
  4. The Kronstadt engineer outside the garage.

Episode 4: Sapienza

Xbox 3-03-0873558-20
PC 1-03-4782763-62

In my opinion, this is the toughest contract of the bunch. Try doing it with No Emetics :stuck_out_tongue:

  1. After Miami the trail went dead. He knew we were getting close. In the past 4 years there have been sporadic reports of deaths all across the globe matching his MO. Higher-ups have put it down to copycat killers, but I know it’s him. 4 new cases emerged this evening in Sapienza, Italy. He’s back, but why now? I’m bringing in every available operative to work this case, he won’t get away again.
Targets

  1. The waiter standing at the tables where you start in the Main Square.
  2. A guy repairing a bike in the back-alley’s, where the exit is on Landslide.
  3. The security guard that follows the lab lady around.
  4. One of the gardeners that walks around in the graveyard.

Episode 5: Marrakesh by Night

Xbox 3-07-6118962-20
PC 1-07-4712510-62

  1. He got unusually sloppy this time - caught on CCTV exiting the city - but there are no facial matches in any global database. He’s a ghost. 3 more bodies in Marrakesh put his official kill count at 20, but I believe it to be 50 or more. For 7 years I have chased him, followed his killing spree across the globe and back again. I feel like I know him, and he knows me. I have to stop him.
Targets

There is a trick to getting all 3 of these easily…

  1. The fortune teller.
  2. The handyman repairing the phone outside the Bazaar.
  3. The chef standing around by the tables outside of the snail soup stands.

[Optional] Complication: Hide all bodies.

Episode 6: Dartmoor

Xbox 3-28-4164415-20
PC 1-28-2685830-62

  1. We’re close, I can feel it. For over a year we have been tracking sightings of him, and we think we’ve got a lead in Dartmoor, England. We are certain we know where he is going to strike; at a stately home deep in the moors. But this place doesn’t fit in. It’s too quiet, too subdued. A trap? An invitation? Either way, we have 2 dozen agents staged all over the grounds, there’s is no way he’s getting away this time.
Targets

  1. Security Guard standing next to the VAN in the delivery area.
  2. Security guard in the gardens, standing next to the fuse box.
  3. Security guard patrolling by the hearse.
  4. Security guard patrolling by the cars out the front of the mansion.

[Optional] Complication: No bodies found.

The Piano Man: Case Closed (Bonus Episode)

Xbox 3-22-9882876-20
PC 1-22-6430573-62

  1. Saturday 20th September. Whittleton Creek, USA. This morning, discredited CIA agent Olive Haskel was found dead at his residence in Whittleton Creek. Haskel was the lead detective on “The Piano Man” series of murders, a case that went cold in 2014 after 4 undercover agents fell victim to the serial killer during a failed stakeout. Haskel was found with a single gunshot wound to the head, initial reports suggest that he took his own life.
Targets

  1. The crazy old guy who yells at you to get off his lawn; on the porch by the garbage truck.

[Optional] Complication: Headshots only.
[Optional] Complication: No disguise changes.

Oh, those look great! Going to recreate them for PC.

I think this should be the honorary post 2000 of the thread, as this looks amazing! Can’t wait to play though them, gives me a reason to use the clip editor and make another long video.
Also, I absolutely love the idea of making the contracts in separate years. Perhaps I should make my own contact series one of these days…

Looking forward to your PC reconstruction, I also want to experience what these contracts look like

Really liked this series! All of them are possible with Suit Only and without emetics. The hardest for me was probably Marrakesh.

Thanks!

Look forward to seeing it!

That would be cool, as long as they aren’t all crazy long puzzle contracts, haha. I had the most fun writing a story for them all.

The Almady Happenstance by @TheBored23

Saw I got 1st by a longshot so I thought I’d post it here. Looks like it’s an old one as it’s mentioned right at the top of the thread by ColdDayInHell.

My night has been sorted, thanks for creating these. You know I love my fiber wire contracts lol.

In my opinion, this is the toughest contract of the bunch. Try doing it with No Emetics :stuck_out_tongue:

Challenge accepted.

@linux_penguin what editor do you use? For Xbox’s 4K/60 shit, I need to use Sony Vegas. Luckily my Xeon chip in my Plex server renders that somewhat quickly.

Here’s another set created using Hitman Roulette:

Once again, the more casual of the two. Mind the time limit though.

The Roulette Sequence 2 (Xbox), 3-27-9346157-59

Once again, contract creator makes me sad. Apparently, even if you put in the effort to eliminate Sameer Sani in the skydiving suit, it registers as suit… The skydiving suit is definitely possible SA for anyone who wants to play the spirit of the contract as randomized.

The Roulette Verity 2 (Xbox), 3-27-1374573-59

@ColdDayInHell @Crewdy I’m confident these will be less time consuming than my last contract, as (somewhat) promised. At least, it felt that way making them; it only took about an hour total, and a lot of that was getting a feel for the skydiving suit (which was apparently unnecessary). Actually, they might be a bit of an over correction but let’s see how fast you can go.

The rest of the “series”, loosely connected though they may be:

New contract!
Kill those people with the Masamune. All in your suit and without any pacifications (no other complications).
PC ID: 1-30-0091255-62

For recreation:

Guy standing in the corner by the homeless people

Guard on the top level of The Block looking out the window

Guard in the security room looking at his screen

Well… you should probably know this. He’s at the restaurant

Windows 10 has a basic video editor app, just called ‘video editor’. If you’ve already cropped the individual clips, it makes it easy to make what it calls a ‘storyboard’ with combined clips and title cards if you want. The downside is it can take ages to upload the full video, especially in the case of the Queen’s Gambit series which was a 45 minute video.

I love these story-driven contracts. In my opinion they are the best of the best. The creativeness, the high-effort put into these contracts really makes me play them for hours. And a series of it? I just love it.

Publish two simple contracts

@Crewdy: Not sure when I’ll get around to the others, but I enjoyed the first two. Whenever possible I always like to impose my own restrictions of suit only, no knock-outs, and no emetics, so hopefully I can keep that up with the others. I’m sure these times will be beaten, but I liked the flow of these routes.

@Euler13 Awesome stuff! I was originally going to make them all SONKO but I thought it would be better to do as any disguise to open it up a bit more.

I learnt 2 things from that video though: there is a crowbar on the digger & that manhole is also an exit. Also it’s crazy how powerful coins actually are at luring the person you want compared to other distraction items. I don’t use coins enough.

I went back to play Episode 1 today and I actually think it is the best contract I have ever made. Every start position gives you an ‘easy’ kill, but it also compromises another one (mailman, runner, lady on bench, guy on porch, guy on phone at the Wilson’s) who can all get in the way depending on the time you get there. It’s also a loop so no matter where you start, you should naturally finish at an exit. I’m sure there is one perfect optimal route but I haven’t found it yet.
