At first glance this looks like a joke contract, but in reality it’s just a speedrun puzzle. Of all these complications, only “Headshots Only” makes sense as a puzzle element. However, it is definitely a very stressful contract because of the “Perfect Shooter”.

I needed to set it up to feature the “insta-fails” element, which beginners tend to do.
I hate “insta-fails”, I don’t think they should exist.
From a concept, I had to set “Perfect Shooter”, but I really wanted to remove it.

Bruh how did you complete this in 37 seconds despite the perfect shooter complication…
I didn’t know it is able to distract target partner’s line of sight with a bullet impact from near the motorcycle.
Apparently, the perfect shooter is also needed as a puzzle element.
I shot the target and made it fall down, moving it a little further back and pointing target’s partner towards me, then shot the target and made it fall into the water.
