I may be wrong but I think that guy is a hacker. Always has absurd times on every contract I play. But then again you never know with some speed runners.

I also think that Stef23v1995 is a cheat (Probably type of deceiving Clime Noticed , Body Found, and more ) user, but I can’t be sure.

Tried two of your contracts. Usually manage to kill one or two targets SA – and fail miserably after that. Great contracts! Will try them again sometime later…
