I tried to reduce the target’s HP to 3 or less by sniper team’s bullet. But it didn’t work because he was died by the sniping.

So Mr. Cortazar is shooting actual bullet to the npcs. Any kills from him won’t fail the target only complication. Just like Father Francesco killed by Marco Abiatti in Landslide and the flamingo guy killed by Sierra Knox in The Finish Line.

Introducing my very first contract compilation
You can see these contracts ranked from easiest to hardest, so it has a little something for everyone.
This is the first and easiest contract, Poison Panic, where you have to use your distraction abilities to take out a target

My first Mendoza contract is designed to be viable both ways: starting in your suit at the Shrine, or as a winery worker. Both targets’ disguises can prove useful in covering the distance between them, as well.

I edited that post because I changed something in the contract: one less disguise restriction. I played the other for a few days and I think this makes it just a little more open.

Well, actually, in this case - there’s plenty of water for your targets to drink.
Bring your Wetsuit, 47.
My contract requires the Cave Exit with the Wetsuit, and no disguise changes are allowed. So you have to wear the Wetsuit to start the mission.

Well I have no idea what the tricks are on either of these contracts.
The only way I know how to kill a target with a muffin is to shoot them 4 times in the legs with the Krugermeier and then hit them thrice with the muffins. Any headshots with any gun are instant kills. So I’m lost.
I’m assuming maybe the briefing for “Nobody Guards” is supposed to indicate something with the bird’s nest? Does doing something particular to it cause a bodyguard disguise to fall out of the tree? I’ve tried shooting it and throwing things at it, but nothing really happens.

You still need to cut the target’s HP by shooting him. The trick here is about how to make the game believe it’s not 47 shooting the target. So players will never fail the headshot only complication.
And I’m sorry I misdirect you about the bird. 
This contract didn’t use any glitch or easter egg. It’s just me abusing the game mechanic again. Like what other players did to the father and the bird.
