In theory it is possible to get Silent Assassin on this contract, but I don’t know if anyone will be able too. Let me know if you do. (This contract is very easy to recreate if you aren’t on Xbox, if you do so please tell me the code so I can add it here).
Yes the target is hidden so well, 47’s instincts are failing him.

Juhmpa Ohfa is on the train that passes by Vanya Shah’s area. The lever to reroute the train is located around the train station, and Juhmpa Ohfa will fulfill his name.

About the Contract:
This is the latest installment in the Seeing Double series, and possibly the strangest yet.
It’s a puzzle contract at heart, not built for speed but for clever thinking. In fact, it was inspired by a little mechanical quirk noted by another player. One of you know for sure, a few of you may already know it as well.
Let’s just say, the solution here is hiding in plain sight, but good luck spotting it if you don’t already know what to look for.

I think SOHM stands for “Standings of Hitman”. it’s like a Chinese Hitman community that shares contracts, and I’m pretty sure some of their stuff’s been featured in the game too.

This one’s inspired by the not-so-humble staff over at Haven Island. Your target is Tenho Valkama, a charming waiter with a less-than-charming side hustle. He’s part of a shady little operation among the resort staff: drug the guests, rob them blind, rinse, repeat. It’s been going smoothly until now.
One guest brought something a little more sensitive than just jewelry: a FIPS 140-2 Level 3 encrypted USB dongle holding access credentials to a classified quantum computing network. Yeah, not exactly something you want falling into the wrong hands. And now that it’s missing, our client wants to send a clear message… with a subtle dose of cyanide.
