Thank you! I actually take a while watching NPCs walk around to see if their route is justified enough to be a future target. I have one more in the works for a Halloween special, and I plan on releasing it soon!

A second contract has been posted. Seems like the Bone Runner lives one last time through others this Halloween! This is a continuation of the contract “Edge of Extinction,” taking place in Marrakesh late at night! Enjoy the briefing, and challenges.

Briefing
Hello, 47. It seems your hit on Lena Nilsson, the Bone Runner, had been a resounding success. The organizations have uploaded and leaked Nilsson’s big game hunts and stolen artifacts and fossil remains for the Internet to see. There are also people that plan on speaking out on Nilsson’s organization, which also included the last person, Dr. Hektor Bergren, to see her alive and the one Nilsson sent “Operation Potency,” a detailed manifesto for Lena’s final raid.…Unfortunately, Bergren will not be standing trial.
Days after Lena Nilsson’s death was made public, a fatal stabbing took the lives of three people at the Karolinski Institute. Besides the doctor, student Kelli-Anne Schelin and paleontology department head Owen Ahlgren were all found by the Swedish riverbank, blood staining their clothes and a murder weapon nowhere to be found.It also seems Dr. Bergren’s office was completely raided, with Operation Potency’s manifest completely wiped off and missing from the politic professor’s belongings. Although there are suspects who detectives are currently investigating, the organizations responsible for Nilsson’s hit have a suspect dead to rights.
Your main target is Andreana Corey, who left Sweden approximately two hours after the murders took place. She was responsible for funding Lena’s trips across the world, and her charming looks and smarts were able to garner 2.5 million Euros, calling our clients’ efforts a simple smear campaign to promote unjust violence.
Being childhood friend with Nilsson, she looked past the inhumane transgressions and desires to make sure Operation Potency came into effect. Using donations from families and friends as well as subtle yet frequent donations from the three victims’ accounts to speak Operation Potency into existence. Of course, she does not want to get her nails dirty, so the one that will be leading the operation has also been on the sanctions’ watchlist.
Your second target is Marcel Decker, an animal relocations worker in Suffolk. Responsible for moving animals to zoos, aviaries, and other preserves, Decker has sent ten different species to Lena Nilsson’s former home address for Nilsson to do… well, you get the picture. Coming from a rich family, Decker lives for the thrill, and has been gunrunning for European terrorist organizations using his father’s yachts, but has recently left that business to finish what his mentor, The Bone Runner, has started.
It seems like they are both here in Marrakesh to tie up some loose ends, wanting to start Operation Potency on this year’s Halloween. Andreana Corey is here to gather additional funding from China Corporation founder Kong Tuo-Kwang, in hopes to exchange payment for fossil fuels for his corporation Decker will no doubt uncover along the way.
She has sent Decker to collect various memoirs and keepsakes throughout Marrakesh, hoping to frame a local Marrakeshi wildlife preservation for Nilsson’s previous efforts and for the rumored Operation Potency waiting to be in effect. While Decker has experience with weapon handling and leading brigades, it seems as if Corey is the brains of this current operation.
Both targets will be roaming the shops of Marrakesh around the party hosted by Kong, but neither target will be entering the party until our window to engage passes, not wanting to draw any unneeded attention. Having some spending money, you could possibly find Corey buying souvenirs around the shisha cafe. It seems Andreana has a collection of lamps across the world… whatever keeps her happy.
Note that Marcel Decker shares similar heightened nerves with his late mentor. Not wanting to get hurt, he has paid local security to roam the streets of Marrakesh with all eyes peeled. He is eerily suspicious, and will attempt to fib and lie to the local shopkeepers to keep them away. If he feels like he’s being followed, expect him to change routes to throw you off his trail. He has a tendency to stay in the public’s eye so nothing bad can happen to him.
Safe to say that the wildlife preservations that paid for Nilsson’s hit want Operation Potency and those responsible to be swept under the rug forever. It’s time to act this witching hour.Leave these two scared stiff, 47. I’ll leave you to prepare.
There are ten assassination challenges. Some are straightforward, while others require some planning and thinking.
Challenges
- In the Dead of Night: Complete all ten assassination challenges in Witching Hour.
- Saturday the 14th: Eliminate both targets with a machete. Achieve silent assassin. (Bangkok Level 2).
- Hallowed Eve: Eliminate both targets with an unsilenced assault rifle within one minute of each other. Eliminate any guards that stand in your path.
- Crime and Punishment: Eliminate Andreana Corey with a knife. Leave the knife next to her body.
- It’s Alive!: Electrocute Andreana Corey to death.
- Final Girl Privilege: Allow Andreana Corey to witness you kill a non-target. Eliminate her while she is running.
- Give Up the Ghost: Eliminate Andreana Corey with a sniper rifle. Conceal it in a briefcase, and hand that briefcase to Marcel Decker. (The challenge is completed when he holds the briefcase with the sniper in his hand.)
- Trick or Treat: Eliminate Marcel Decker while he speaks to a shopkeeper.
- Little Cafe of Horrors: Crush Marcel Decker with the shisha cafe sign.
- Goosebumps: Eliminate Marcel Decker with a scooter explosion.
- So Much For the Skeleton Crew: Eliminate Marcel Decker while he is panicked. Do not get spotted.

Took a small break before my next story contract to make two phobia-based contracts for Halloween (unless you’re emo like me, then Halloween is forever). One is in Dubai, and one is in Berlin - both in very crowded places.

Good job! 
claustrophobia would be good one to do on small maps like the train. Maybe a social anxiety one on a map in a restricted area where everyone is an enforcer like Colorado?

I’ve been holding onto a duck themed contract around Anatidaephobia (The fear that a duck is always watching you) maybe that could work? Using the duck hoodie suit and duck explosives as kills
