PC Contract: All the way down

A single target, a single complication. Looks deceptively simple, but unless you can solve the puzzle, you won’t get those 5 stars. I made the timer complication optional, so don’t feel too bad if you can’t figure it out all the way.
Finally got around to doing Deathlivery Guy by @Heepo (thanks @Jack_Mustang for recreating). My knowledge of Berlin is not great so took a few runs to work out the optimal route.
Did it in a 3:32 though.

Damn, that agent has a poison on him, totally forgot about that. I went all the way to Banner to get the lethal syringe lol. Took me 4:11.
I needed a place to post the map of targets for Fuzk’s contract jam and I don’t know how imgur works, later I’ll give it an image (he said, lying) but for now here’s the targets, briefing, complication and map:

So, I combined both the contracts and made slight changes to it.
Queen’s Gambit is back scarcely! Part ten is out to play! (there were a couple scrapped contracts but this is the right one)
Objectives:
- Eliminate Hansi Schumacher
- Eliminate Nicolas Scanarotti
I also scrapped a secondary objective where you have to blow up Mathers’ car, but the objective ultimately ruined the flow of the contract, so you only have two targets to kill!
Here are some challenges if you wish to take on this bonus mission:
Bombshell: Eliminate both targets in an explosion.
Close Quartered: Eliminate and hide both target’s bodies in the same container.
Van-dalized: Eliminate both targets in a red van explosion.
Death-laurentis: Eliminate Nicolas Scanarotti or Hansi Schumacher with a saber from the law office.
White Collar Criminal Justice: Strangle Hansi Schumacher with fibre wire.
Legs of the Law: Eliminate Hansi Schumacher as Salvatore Bravuoumo.
Shop 'til You Drop: Stab Hansi Schumacher with a pair of scissors or a folding knife inside one of the shops.
Divebombing: Drown Nicolas Scanarotti.
Meet Your Maker: Eliminate Nicolas Scanarotti as a security guard.
Axed: Eliminate Nicolas Scanarotti with an old axe.
Truth in Pink: Eliminate Nicolas Scanarotti while he is checking out the kitchen assistant’s pink car.
Tipping the Scales: Confront Hansi Schumacher as a bodyguard.
Look Down Upon: Pacify the guard at the top of the clocktower.
Middle Manned: Pacify and hide the guard leaning against the van.
Pop Goes the Weasel: Ring the church bell within 30 seconds of killing one of the targets.
Light It Up: Turn on the fireworks within 30 seconds of killing Hansi Schumacher.
The Collector: Eliminate Hansi Schumacher.
The Hunter: Eliminate Nicolas Scanarotti.
Made a contract that I want to submit for Sloth, if Community Contracts continue.
The idea is to not lay a hand on any of the targets.

But actually,each different suit starting locations have a solution to get 5 stars.(maybe need some tricks)

So I managed to do this one in 3:45, but I spent ages trying to work out how to get the guy outside the core to have an accident without touching him. Eventually I gave up and just shot him 
I just watched your video after doing mine - I might be missing something obvious, but how did you kill Royce in yours?
Is this the guy watching the security tapes? Or do I need to trigger someone to go to the top of the tower? It’s empty on mine. Really great targets on this one, I’m having fun with all these extra challenges!!
He shot the gas canister at the top of the stairs once. I’m assuming when she reaches the top, she stops and smokes there.
Ahh that makes sense, I don’t know how I missed that shot. I know 1 drone destroyed lures her but I normally kill her before she gets out the facility 
I don’t play the main missions much in 3 so don’t really know the NPC routes at all. I should invest some more time in learning them.
There are 5 drones on the rooftop. Shooting even a single one will make her leave the facility and come to the rooftop to talk with Hush. Shooting 1 or 4 drones makes no difference, but when you shoot all 5, she’ll start walking at a faster pace, which will leave her personal bodyguard a bit behind. One can use that to their advantage. Makes a difference in speedruns.
I created a contract few hours back but didn’t post the contract ID yet anywhere. I just checked and one guy has already played it? Is it because they must have searched for Hokkaido contracts (with the 5 targets filter probably) and come across it or something like that?

Why is electrocuting targets so fun 
Btw, I didn’t add the optional “no pacifications” complication like I normally do, but it’s definitely possible without knocking anyone out. You can speedrun it too.
