So… Nintendo might actually be selling the Switch 2 at a loss in the US despite current market conditions/prices…!

Sounds like they’re gonna take a hit on the Switch 2 Units hoping that they can recoup costs on the accessories and extras.
If Nintendo really wanted to recoup costs they would have kept their game prices where they were at so people are more prone to buy games.
Needless to say people will buy the system, but it’s up in the air on if they’ll be buying games with their purchase given the steep entry price just to experience something like Mario Kart World physically and Digitally bundle excluded.

Hmmm, we’ll see. Nintendo is Nintendo, household name, restrictive first party exclusives, I’m sure they’re trying their fanbase with this 80$ USD Premium as a “it’s only 10$ more than other current games…”
Plus it being a wholly new Mario Kart in like …11 years!
I don’t think the console or games will sell as gangbusters as Switch 1, but I think it’s still very likely to be a good success for Nintendo. They will recoup their costs.
While I’m hopeful for a potential flop that leads to a 3DS style Price Decrease, I just don’t see that happening. But, maybe in this wild USA economy, it still might?..
Star Wars Outlaws now has a demo on all platforms. 
The second story expansion is coming in May.
The game will also release for Nintendo Switch 2.
Very happy there’s a demo “permanently out” as EA says, as I’ve been wanting to try this for a while now, but it just hasn’t dropped to a price I’d be willing to jump on. (I’ve heard it’s a nice Star Wars open-world and style, but has all the typical trappings of Ubisoft recycling and sameiness.)

Another BTS for THPS3+4, the roster for this game seems to be packed with next gen skaters. Nothing too exciting, shows off Alcatraz and Cruise Ship but at one point he does the “Stage Dive” special which was a trick assigned to the secret skater for 4, Eddie the Head of Iron Maiden fame.
