Most likely protected by privilege. Congressman have federally qualified privilege during debates and committee work, but not absolute privilege.
Each states privilege laws are slightly different but in Illinois, there is an absolute privilege for any statements made during any step preliminary to or necessary for a judicial or quasi-judicial proceeding. In my opinion impeachment is quasi judicial and telling people you intend to do it and why is part of the process.
Even if she was not protected by absolute privilege,
Biden would still have to prove damage was done in order to win a defamation suit. I’m not sure that would be easy when you consider the only people who listen to Greene already believe Biden is a terrible President.

Defamation is traditionally a difficult bar to reach for politicians since there is usually a requirement to prove harm, and that it’s not honest opinion/something someone knew better to do.
Proving the damage is tricky since its not like there are vote taken daily, there are a lot of people talking a lot of shit about Biden on a daily basis and Taylor-Greene is not seen as particularly credible in the general sense - so the damage itself is hard to prove, and the cause/effect is hard.
And like… she’s got a long history of believing all kinds of wild shit so good luck proving its not her just expressing an honestly held opinion.

That was because unleaded petrol was seen as a luxury for the longest time and the supposed benefits of using leaded petrol as a performance enhancer for cars outweighed any “minimal” health risks (using leaded petrol is obviously hazardous).
In truth the reason leaded petrol remained for so long was because GM paid off government researchers in the 30s to lie about the health risks, Standard Oil wanted an additive that couldn’t be replicated by ordinary people like ethyl alcohol which has the same effect but doesn’t drive you made or make you stupid and DuPont really wanted to have a partnership with them manufacturing the lead used in the petrol.
Fun Fact: The inventor of leaded petrol also invented the CFC compound used in refrigerators until it was found to be an ozone depletant. He died in a polio harness he invented and all three of his contributions have been rendered obsolete.
