Just tried it and indeed he drops a golden idol in the escalation.
As far as I know scanning the car is just a way to signal that Pritchard is hosted in that building so you can go look for his files.

Potentially a clue about what to do with the golden cats that you can shoot. Maybe leading up to golden idol dropping from restaurant npc.
I brought a meaty bone but nothing happened. That graffiti is probably just a joke. Itās in the room with the Sponge Bob reference in the bathtub.
The meaty bone in Whittleton Creek makes the basement skulls move by themselves. It turns out thereās an Easter Egg there letting the music play out.

lol, itās obviously a drumstick within the context, but i too first thought of the fish , most likely because the fish has a horrible icon in the game.
Didnāt try the fish, I donāt even see a fish, just a drumstick/meaty bone, lol
I tried throwing the bone inside the bathtub but nothing either. As I said, probably just a joke of birds telling people no eat birds 
I just thought it was worth a try because of Whittleton Creek

I think i did run by an NPC on the phone or having a discussion against eating meat and the poor animals etc. Could still be something if you bash her head in with a meaty bone or something.
p.s. it could even be something as silly as hitting each of the three with an egg. āsay no to veganism!ā

Pretty sure the birds are just for the challenge, at most they are just a hint towards an actual easter egg involving the bird eggs or something.
