Hey there Ingvar(and everyone else) I just joined the forum here this morning and I have discovered something I haven’t seen posted anywhere yet in Berlin(although to be fair I’m trying to avoid spoilers online while playing H3.). In this room with the birds holding the “no meat sign” there is another single bird painted on the wall near the single door entrance. If you have one of the spray paint cans from this level and throw it at the single bird by the single doorway, a bell chimes and he now changes and also holds the “no meat” sign like the other three birds on the opposite wall. I thought I was hearing things the first time I did it. I was trying to figure out the redacted concrete ornithology challenge when I first discovered this about a week ago and couldn’t find a use for the spray cans so I thought I needed to throw them at the birds for the challenge but instead found the start possibly to a new Easter egg on this level. It didn’t do anything when I tried to throw the spray cans at any other birds in this room or around the level so it’s something with this room. I also tried to throw the gold idols and meaty bone next at the same bird with no results. Hope this helps everyone to figure this EE out.

Wow that’s a great find! I can confirm that! I think you have to find all graffity with an exclamation mark over it and throw a spray can on them 
I mentioned it earlier in the thread, but I’m certain there’s a connection between the pizza guy costume and any potential ET Easter Egg (the bike on the roof) as the pizza guy wears a red hoodie similar to how Elliott is dressed in the bike scene.
Yeah I think you’re right on that actually, I think one team focus on Hitman and another are separately working on Bond.
The bell sound is more like a nintendo sound from super mario when jump at the squares to get a coin.
- Throw a spray can
- Throw a propane flask
- Throw a cocain brick (Level 0 Bathroom)
Finally we have a confirmed lead, I’ll start checking Berlin.

Anyone try sniping the hot air balloons in Dubai? It just feels like there could be something with them.
Using a 4x scope on the closest one, I could clearly see 2 people in the basket, but the don’t react, nor can they be killed with bullets.
Damn, how you people manage to have the patience and brain power to try and throw literally anything at everything until it clicks is beyond me.

found Smith at parking lot wall, graffiti after the three bird coin sounds
(no longer had eggs at that safe point, or else i’d have egged him).
So awesome that this is a team effort making something happen. So I did my first post again with the spray paint can, followed by the propane one and the cocaine brick one. Everything works in sequence but when I went back to find more exclamation bird graffiti by going back to the original room, the first bird(one that you throw spray paint at) is back to normal again with the exclamation point again and doesn’t do anything when I throw spray paint at it this time when I tried to possibly restart the sequence(or timer)? Is this perhaps timed to throw all 3 items at their respective birds within a small window of time? Thoughts?
it’s probably the save/load issue. try saving right after throwing the spray can and then load that save– the bird will be back to normal and won’t work again
I think you are right, same thing happened to me. I even found my old spray paint can that I had thrown at it.
Had the same thing happen as Ninefaps. Don’t know what, if anything else there is to this EE.
I can confirm that after throwing the required items at all three birds, Agent Smith appeared on a wall near the parking lot.
I don’t think there is anything else to the birds at least, I searched everywhere and couldn’t find any more of them.
EDIT: I’ll try egging him.
