Feeling validated that I didn’t buy on release so I could see how the progression transfer stuff worked right now. Bit of an aside, but did IO confirm that you can only transfer your progress one time (so if I buy on EGS, I won’t have all my H2+H1 progress if I buy it on steam later)?

I got the error message ‘‘no elligible account found’’ when i try to import… i have hitman 2 i have spent countless hours unlocking all the suits and it is the same account… help please
Finally finished the process.
The server is working overtime, IO is currently working on a fix. But right now a lot of users are tying to do the exact same thing.
Restart until it appears.
i just went to see the access passes in the microsoft store however it’s telling i need to buy the legacy goty edition again. why is this?

I cannot state enough that this could all have been avoided if they allowed people to transfer profiles prior to launch day (as they themselves originally stated they would). I can’t believe they were working through crunch on the profile transfers…
Agreed. Waiting until today to put the transfer site up then being surprised when everyone crashes it. There’s the definition of epic fail.
How did some people manage to transfer? Do you just spam F5? The site isn’t even properly loading for me.
I did it! That said, I’d recommend waiting. It’s the nicest thing to do, otherwise the amount of times you have to subject yourself to something not working isn’t worth it. If you want to do it now, you just have to go through the process a million times. That will only make it harder for other people.

I use Azure for my business, and you can’t blame it. Azure is designed to configure your needs with its free server spaces so it’s dynamic. You’ll never run out of space because of the lack of servers, but because the limitation of your plan. They probably needed to upgrade their server space, because the amount they ordered was not enough.
imagine having 3-4 years working on this game only to have a launch like this. Incompetent management. I forgot my password and every time I want to reset it I get an error message.
Apparently you have to start H3 for one time to link the IO account first. That is hard if the game is not out yet. ![]()
Fucking hell, it recognises that I own the Hitman 2 expansion pass so gives me that access pass but it doesn’t recognise that I own a Hitman 2. Why would I own the expansion to a game if I don’t own it?
Is the process carryover inmediate after you complete the steps in the website or do I have to wait until something appears on the website?
They should have let me carry my progression in the game that I didn’t have because it wasn’t even out yet
