I decided to not allow these easily with HCCE because I think there are only downsides when choosing autofail conditions. It also makes the interface of HCCE easier as the list works just by toggling.
If you really want to do that you need to first save the contract to a file only (just say No when HCCE asks you if the contract should be published) and then edit the generated file where you remove the condition Id of the optional complication (if you left it in) and insert the id of the autofail condition.
After that use the HCCE recreator to publish the contract using the edited file.
For reference, these are the id’s that can be used in contracts. Using the optional and the mandatory version of a complication probably makes the Hitman server reject the publishing.
