I arised this question when I visited Berlin very first time, but unfortunately I don’t remember how it ended.
My theory that this fence may be under voltage and if you interact with it with a big piece of iron you can fry yourself up like a chicken. Suicide is not an option for 47, right? So he can’t break it open with a crowbar.
But this is exclusively my theory and I can be drastically wrong about it and it could be a simple bug with no backstory indeed

The location still has issues with the game completely freezing, but the game never actually crashes. This has happened to me many times since launch, nothing in particular seems to trigger it either. I’ve had it happen when climbing a pipe, having only moved 47 around without interacting with anything at all and today it happened while I was dragging a body. It doesn’t happen everytime I play the location either. Other people have reported the issue too, so its not just me and my console/install either.

The same issue occurs in Queen’s Kitchen in Bangkok, where Morgan stays. I did during Source, and wanted to drop taser in it to electrocute Yulduz, when she goes into lockdown.

Platform: PC, digital (Epic Games Store specific).
Location: Hantu Port, Singapore.
Description: It is a known issue, yet it has been a long time since it was reported.
The problem is those who had already completed all Challenges in Sniper Assassin mission “The Pen and the Sword” back in HITMAN 2 don’t have the associated EGS achievement unlocked for HITMAN 3.
Steps to reproduce:
- Get HITMAN 2 on a platform such as Steam (with the Gold Edition)
- Complete all Challenges in Hantu Port
- Get HITMAN 3 on the Epic Games Store
- Import all your content and progression using the Carryover website
- Notice the associated “True Poetry” EGS achievement is still locked
Frequency: Always.
This happens to everyone who had already completed all challenges in HITMAN 2 and who imported their progression.
It’s so sad that things have turned out this way. I haven’t even been able to bring myself to play Hitman 3 since April. The ending of the game was…ruined?..because I couldn’t enjoy the last 2 missions, and I had a bunch of health/personal problems come up, so found the prospect of troubleshooting, and recording videos for IO support quite unappealing. It also dawns on me that I have missed out on several elusive targets.
A big reason why I decided to start the game in March was to not miss out on them, and instead roll the dice with a game I knew was causing problems. Going to try to get on today, using the delete-reinstall/cache clear method that was suggested as a first step by IO support, and also hope the new patch helps. I know this maybe isn’t the place for this, but whatever.
Thanks IOI, 3 bugs I posted here are in the patch notes! Thanks for fixing them!

Platform: Xbox One Digital
Location: Loading the game and establishing online connection.
Description : When loading the game, keep getting an error: “Unable to Connect to HITMAN Server. Unable to fetch Version information from HITMAN Server.”
Internet connection is not the issue as all other online feature for XBox and other devices work without an issue. I have closed and re-opened the game; Turned Xbox On and Off again; Cleared Console cache.

- Attract a guard into the toilets and put a room so that the guard looks in your direction
- Put yourself in the left corners of the second toilets as in the photo
- The bar of distrust will increase

The May update was meant to fix the FC challenges for people that completed them early so they got the unlocks. The Sieger Case appeared in my inventory in May, the Remote Semtex Block did not. Now the Ducky Gun has been added to the challenge, I’ve not got that in my inventory either. So I’m now back to not having two items that I should have.

Still not fixed on PC. I started and finished the mission after the June patch too to see if it pops up, but it didn’t.
You can see all the challenges are completed.
But achievement is still locked.
Can’t access 6 original locations on Hitman 2 along with Himmelstein, post patch. Can play New York, Haven Island, and the other 2 sniper missions. I own all of the locations, having purchased Hitman 1, 2, & 3 including season passes, access passes, 7 deadly sins, etc. in the past. This is about as calm as I can be, but this whole business disgusts me…

It seems the latest patch messed up something with the brightness / contrast of the game menus. All the mission tabs, including escalations, objectives, missions planning, etc, are flickering in some funky way.

Try reinstalling the H2 Access Pass. I was having issues with playing WC and a reinstall of the pack seems to had fixed it.

Oh my god. First time playing in about 6 weeks, since I was waiting for things to hopefully get fixed. Now I’m playing with the 1.06 update and my PS4 Pro fan is incredibly loud. Like I’ve never heard it this loud before, and I’m not sure I should even keep it running. Brutal. Just brutal. I’m pretty much at my limit with this game.

Thanks, I appreciate it. It didn’t work for me, however. I’m done with this game. The digital version is garbage in my opinion. This game freezes/crashes on me 2-3 times a day minimum. I’ve never had so many problems with a video game. Hitman 2 on disc played so well, what a shame. Online gaming sucks and I’ve got better things to do with my time. IOI can drop dead for all I care. Amateur programmers!
Same here just updated the game on Xbox Series X and now it is saying I don’t have access to any of the original Hitman 2 content, Hitman 2 DLC seems to be unaffected.
I tried a hard reset and that didn’t seem to fix it and the Hitman 2 access pass is fully installed on my console.

Hitman 3 bugs as of the June 15th Patch.
1) I have not been retroactively granted the Remote Semtex Demo Block MK III & ICA 19 F/A Stealth Ducky Edition. These are the bugged Featured Contract Rewards that was listed as fixed in previous patch notes but actually was not solved. The Sieger 300 Sniper Case was successfully added, but the Semtex Demo Block MK III and ICA 19 F/A Stealth Ducky Edition remain locked despite the associated challenges listed as complete.
Is a fix in the works for affected users? This problem has been around for months now. @Travis_IOI

2) Claw Hammer & Jaeger 7 Covert are missing from location mastery, escalation rewards, and featured contract challenges. They are impossible for new players to unlock.

3) The inventory image for the Masamune uses a generic katana. It should be updated to reflect its beautiful in-game model.

4) I’ve reported this for a few years now, but the Small Goldbar is STILL incorrectly placed as the only melee item in the Gear section of the Inventory Menu. It should be organized next to the other melee items in the Weapons section of the Inventory Menu like it is during missing planning.
Observe how the Small Goldbar is next to the other melee unlocks in the Weapons section of the menu during mission planning, which is CORRECT:
Now observe how the Small Goldbar is the only melee weapon in the Gear section of the Inventory Menu in the Career Tab, which is WRONG:

5) The Number Six With Gloves has the wrong inventory description. It’s reusing the one for the Ashen Suit With Gloves.

6) The HWK21 Pale is still missing the “Steady Aim” attribute icon when viewed in the inventory menu.

7) The Druzhina 34 ICA Arctic no longer has the slow-mo ability, but the weapon still has the “Marksman” attribute listed. I believe this was done in error after removing the wallbang ammo.

8) There are several melee weapons that are missing their sounds when you attack an NPC. After extensive testing, these are the buggy melee weapons that emit no audible noise when used:
- Antique Curved Knife
- Meaty Bone
- Sacrificial Knife
- The Black Almond’s Dagger
- Handyman Wrench

9) Pushing Robert Knox onto Sierra Knox’s car results in a “Non-Target” kill and voids SA. This is the “Tree Falls on the Apple” assassination challenge which worked correctly in Hitman 2. Here’s a video of the glitch.

10) During the Ark Society, Lucas Grey is missing during the cutscene that plays when selecting the Harbor starting location.

11) On the stats page, the little rectangle-like shapes that represent your mastery level become unlit after you unlock 100% of the challenges for that location.

i think the gold bar is deliberatey placed under melee in the gear section of the career tab. as its part coin, part non-lethal melee. making it gear that can also melee, if that makes sense.
