The TAC-4 S/A is still in my loadout from a previous playthrough…
…but It is NOT in my Inventory to be added to an Agency Pickup…
…but I can load it into a game, and take it out of the briefcase…
…and I can drop it to show that it is a TAC-4 S/A…
…and it still shoots tangos just dandy, but not on any new mission loadouts
This is really helpful! I just start pressing all the controller buttons like crazy until it works
I’ll have to try the overlay method, thanks!
For the ‘I can’t shoot’ bug, since it usually happens when you really need to shoot someone, If you find it not working, quickly hit the PS4 equivalent of ‘Escape’ (bringing up the save/load/restart menu) and THEN do your button-mashing / overlay-menu-enabling, so you have less time in game to be spotted trying to shoot something.
Annoying bug I’ve encountered on Isle of Sgail is that there’s two elite guards that patrol the area in a pair, around the chapel and funeral area I think, which immediately aggro on you if they enforce you
Platform: PC
Location: Every map
Description: Sounds Bug
There is a lot of objects that doesnt produce sounds when hit somebody with.
Mad light/shadow flickering happens on all maps after the new Nvidia drivers were released. Hawke’s Bay and Whittleton Creek are unplayable.
When using a weapon lure for a non-guard NPC, sometimes they yell to the nearest guard instead of walking over to them. It is intermittent and not always repeatable.
Downgrade your driver until new version is released
Yeah, sometimes they summon a guard from another part of the map. Looks strange.
Though I don’t think it’s a bug, because I don’t think that this trick is intentional.
I mean it’s a useful thing and I use it quite a lot, but the trick itself could be the bug, or side-effect of something. I’m afraid it would be rather removed completely then fixed this telekinesis.
I wouldn’t want this to happen.
By the way, the workaround for situations like this is just occupying the guard with something, or luring the NPC somewhere bit further from the guard with coins for example
Hi! This is my first time posting on here.
Platform: PS4 Pro (Digital)
Location: Carpathian Mountains
Description: If the graphics settings are set to unlocked and high frame rates, the snow rushing past will be inside the train car.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start the game.
- Load Untouchable mission in the Carpathian Mountains.
- Make sure graphics settings are at unlocked and high frame rates.
- Start mission in the laboratory and check for the snow.
Frequency: Every time the graphics settings are changed from the default. (No other Hitman 3 location has a similar problem.)
Platform: PC (Epic Games)
Location: Any
Description: 0x80000003. Need I say more?
Steps to reproduce:
- Play Hitman 3.
- Load a level.
- Wait.
Note before you say anything: I play on Online Mode, owning the Hitman 1 and 2 maps. The bug happens on Offline Mode too.
You should probably try verifying your game files on EG. This also happened to me when trying to play Santa Fortuna, verified the game files, and could finally play SF normally.
Did that, worked for a while before it started doing it again.
I quickly searched online for a solution to your problem, and it seems like your ShaderCache or another .dll or other type of program can corrupt itself. That might be why verifying only worked for a little while. So unfortunately, this might be the only solution.
Another one I found said that you should spam space when loading into a level, but I’m highly doubtful that it would work.
Where would I find this ShaderCache file?
The easiest way to fix it is by verifying. The other short-term solution is actually finding it and deleting it, but that’s basically what verifying does IIRC.
I don’t actually know where to find it.
C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\IO Interactive\HITMAN3
Looks like I found the issue. Hitman 3 probably has some unstable Razer Chroma code left in there, causing a crash at points where it would make the keyboard light up.
I know this because I uninstalled Razer Synapse and it works fine now.
That’s another bug on it’s own.
FYI it’s not only HITMAN 3 issue.
This applicable to all three latest games, at least.
If you have any Razer software installed, all three games will probably crash on permanent basis.
Uninstalling this software should fix the crashes.
I don’t remember which file exactly, but deleting it from
C:\Program Files\Razer Chroma SDK\bin
and
C:\Windows\System32
should fix crashes even without uninstalling the whole app.
I believe the file should be called somethingSDK.dll, but I’m not sure
Well I was wrong.
The crashes are back.
