It think it’s because of server issues. If you complete something at the same time the server disconnects, you only unlock the challenge but not the trophy. With now way to reset the challenges it’s basically stuck as challenges can’t be recompleted.
Your latest run of a mission overwrites your leaderboard ranking, even if the new ranking is lower than a previous run that had you higher on the leaderboard.
Ah great thanks so much for the clarification! Unfortunately this did no work for me. I even deleted the entire application and all associated data, re-downloaded, and still don’t see any undiscovered locations and I’m still stuck at 21/22.
Issue: Discover Dubai is glitched for me. I got the achievement for doing it, however the in game challenge counter is stuck at 30/33 with no more markers on the map of undiscovered locations. Yesterday I was trying to complete this challenge and as soon as I found the last place marked on the map, the achievement popped up, but not the challenge. Directly after this, I exited the level and got disconnected and then kept getting the couldn’t fetch profile bug. As of the server maintenance I am able to play again, however this glitch seems to have stuck. Any help would be appreciated.
Description: The pop-up warning when hovering over the Azmodeus Waltz escalation – before playing the Top of the World Mission – just says [‘0’]. Normally, like it is with all the other escalations, it should pop up with ‘You should complete the mission Top of the World before accessing this content.’
Steps to reproduce:
Start the game fresh.
Quit to main menu the first chance you get.
Find the Asmodeus Waltz Escalation.
Read the pop-up warning.
Frequency: It’s always displaying as [‘0’], might go away once I first complete the mission.

It could be, but I just noticed that all the Deluxe Escalations have the ‘you have not yet completed the main mission’ message, whereas the Phoenix Ascension escalation does not. So, I assume that it’s simply a bug.
Maybe someone else who has completed Dubai and the other locations can confirm whether the ‘0’ is a bug that disappears alongside the other messages, or it’s really supposed to be some cheeky devil message.
What exactly did you do to resolve it? Delete the whole Game from the PS5 and reinstall it? Because I have the same 21/22 bug/glitch that you are describing and I have a feeling this happens for me in Mendoza as well.

2 bugs
First play through i did not get challenge credit for crushing the woman target in the grape crusher, even though it gave me an unnoticed kill and accidental death kill and happened after the mission story The Tour.
Second play through i started in grape field did the mission story where you overflow the wine tanks and then electrocuted the male target. I then did the mission story where you get the security to assassinate the female target. I removed all the guards and ordered the shot. I get unnoticed kill, balistics kill, etc but it says mission story failed and i dont get the challenge for it. In fact i only got a balistic kill challenge for it. Reloaded different saves and it kept happening. Also sometimes there would be a visual of multiple shots comming in and then a huge delay, then a gunshot and then she flies of the ledge. This only happened sometimes. Mission story would fail always even though i got the dialogue with Diana afterwards as if everything went smooth.
Steps to reproduce:
Havn’t tried starting the mission over again yet but starting from any of my saves in the problems i described would not fix the issue.

Platform: PC Location: Berlin Description: Everytime i shoot the sniper stolen from the ICA agent i die, no matter where or what i shoot. Steps to reproduce:
1-Load Berlin level
2-Play normally, made the sniper spot me on the radio tower
3-Went and stole his sniper rifle, didn’t kill nor alert the target
4- Went back to the tower to snipe him
5- Found out that shooting the weapon was impossible for me without dying Frequency: Everytime i loaded that save file. Didn’t try to reproduce it a lot of times or reloading the level or any of that. I quitted shortly after this.

Description: only the first map of H1 Paris and H2 New Zealand works.
When i try to start the next Map, the game crashes to desktop. Also in the contracts the maps won’t work
