When I launch HITMAN 3 from anywhere it says “signature scanning failed”.
And I reinstalled the game and validated the files 3 times please help me thank you!

I would suggest you to get in touch with IOI Support Team directly by submitting a ticket.
For the fastest solution describe your problem as detailed as possible, including mentioning the platform you’re trying to launch the game on, maybe gametag and add a screenshots of a problem as well.

Try deleting the HITMAN 3 folders located in:
%APPDATA%\Roaming\IO Interactive\
and %APPDATA%\Local\IO Interactive\
Didin’t work either.
